I pleaded with the employee to serve me fresh tuna, but he said it is fresh from “yesterday”. It is old, you can tell it is dry, it is not “eat fresh” aesthetic. The scoop’s handle was also touching the tuna. Employee was rude, and laughed at my complaint.

I’m gonna be honest I have rarely ever leave a review on a place especially if it’s bad but today was probably just my last straw with this subway I swear every other week this place is out of every single item and if their constantly having to wait on your truck” all the time then the GM needs to order extra because why is there a list always taped outside the door or on the glass saying basically every item and sometimes even having doors locked and only having one or two customers come in at a time. I never Place my order on the app prior to getting to the restaurant because of this and I shouldn’t have to do that. I was just there a few days ago when they told me their truck just came in the prior Thursday. (Five days ago) So I decide to place my order on the app because they should have product…. And there shouldn’t be a constant issue once in a while is one thing, but all the time is a completely Other thing and it’s on my job to keep in track when they get their products - well it really pissed me off is I ordered Subway tonight because I have been giving them the benefite of the front for over a year with this and I’ve been very understanding and I love Majority of the workers. I think their great and I know it’s not their fault but Starbucks and other companies will tell you when placing an order on the app if they’re currently out of items and honestly Subway® needs to invest in having that in some form a way to be communicated for people place online orders because the fact that I just drove 20 minutes there and there’s no other fast food restaurant close by that I can eat now I have to drive 20-25 minutes the opposite direction and then go back home after placing an order online. There was no excuse for every other week that they’re out of almost every product because they’re waiting on a truck order more.

We arrived at 7:45pm. The open sign was off. The door sign says they close at 10pm. We informed them of the off sign and they didn’t bother to turn it on. They had every chair turned up on the tables. It looked like they were in the process of putting up the food. They sighed as we came in. I asked if they were closing. She said no. We proceeded to order. They were slinging things around and removing lids from the containers. They had the condiments pulled to the opposite counter as if they were getting them ready to put away for the night. They didn’t have name tags on so I couldn’t get their names. I asked for broccoli soup. They said they were out. I asked for chocolate chip cookies. They said they were out. One started making my sandwich wrong so I corrected her and she just slung the stuff off back in it’s container and started making it correct on the same bread with bits of the wrong meat on it. Then she started putting egg on the bread and picked a piece up from the container that looked like someone had took a bite and she started raising it in the air inspecting it and commenting on it looking like it had been ate on. Then slung it back in the tray and threw a different piece on the sandwich. We told them we didn’t want one of the sandwiches toasted. She put it in the toaster anyway and we corrected her so she grabbed it out and finished the sandwich as it was. I asked if we could sit in the dinning area. She said yes but didn’t put our food on a tray or pull the chairs down. We had to grab up all our food in our arms and remove the chairs to sit. They seem to be in a huge hurry. They didn’t have any costumers there when we arrived. After we sat, several others came in. Everytime someone came in, the two working appeared that they were making sly remarks to one another. It was as if they wanted people to think they were closed and for those who came in anyway, they seem to hurry them out. They were very unprofessional and rude. We felt so unwelcome. It was terrible!
