  Really disappointed with the drive-thru experience at Panera Bread today. I ordered a simple half soup and half salad combo, and with only 2–3 cars ahead of me, I still waited over 14 minutes without even reaching the window yet. Panera used to feel quick and organized, but lately the service and wait times seem to have gone downhill. I understand places get busy, but this was far beyond what should be normal for such a small order. Told they are short staffed.

  Green goddess avocado toast.... Avocado spread so thin... That I doubt they are using real avocado anymore... It's spread thin like butter... And the yogurt use to be twice this size 2years ago... For the same price... I understand inflation but this is robbery

  A couple of days ago my wife placed two separate online to go orders at this location. When I went to pick it up they only had one and said the second one never went through. Then they said, oh sorry we over looked it. Then they said, Do you still want it? And I said That would be great since we paid for it already and they really seemed annoyed they had to prepare it. Today I went in to get $50 worth of gift cards and the first person didn't know how to ring up gift cards so he said he was getting the manager. I waited several minutes for the manager who was just talking with other people since the restaurant was mostly empty. She finally made her way to the register and seemed very annoyed that she had to be bothered to ring up some gift cards. I told her to forget it and I was sorry I was wasting her time as a paying customer and left.

  Once I walked into the doors the amazing service began! I was greeted by two very polite young men, I order on the kiosk so simple to use, I then wait for my spicy asiago steak bagel stack on an everything Asiago bagel😋 the cook named flavor made this best sandwich to exist, exactly what I needed today. I was also greeted by the sweetest manager Ni, we continued until she handed me my food with a smile! This was definitely the best Panera experience I’ve ever had!

  Panera in Clemmons needs to do their part. First, when I walked in, the place had a sewage smell, may e from a dirty mop. Second, no one was at the front to take my order, so I had to walk to the other side to get someone after 43-4 minuteswaiting. Third, I saw a kitchen employee sweeping while wearing food-handling gloves, then use those same gloves to grab food, plates, and handle food. I spoke to a manager about it, but she was from another store and was only covering. This is not the first time something has seemed off at this location. This was my last time going to Panera. Panera used to be very good: clean, fresh food, and excellent service. Ive visited then on other states. Now it is average, or even below average, with overpriced food.
