    Exceptional Service, great staff super friendly and great drinks. Cake pop is a favorite over some other local stores. For all the people commenting on it taking thirty minutes did no one go to the one on Stratford Rd wait times were well over an hour for several months. I had a much better experience at this Clemmons location.

    Coffee fine. Employee told me to skip drive thru for mobile order and wait at window. Employees talked over us at the window and we waited 30 minutes to get our order that was due to be ready at 1145. It is now 1215 and we finally got our drinks.

    10 AM on a Saturday morning. Only ONE "Line buster" working, who knows how many "Broista'sx are working inside. The honeymoon is over and the mobil training squad has left the building. This is the second day in a row I've just left. Dear corporate geniuses, this is how habits get broken. Staff your location appropriately. 7 Brew is building as we speak, several other locals already exist. This is how you fail.

    SLOW! Thought it would be a good idea to stop by on the way to an event. We sat in the drive through for 20 mins and only 5 cars in front. What in the world!!!! Slowwwwwwwwwww on days where time is so important. Edit: seriously, don’t do here unless you have 20-30 mins to wait!!!!!!! 3 different days, 3 different times of day… all the same long wait.

    I have put in 4 mobile orders over the last 2 weeks. Not one time has my order been ready when I arrived. Every time the team member has a new excuse why it wasn't ready. If I wanted to stand in line and wait for my drink to be made i would do that. I order in advance so I don't have to wait and can be at work on time. The people working there need to check the mobile order screen more often.
