- NINeil I6 days ago5.0Randomly stopped by today on their first day open. Super friendly opening staff who patiently explained various coffee options. We landed on some really good decaf cold brew coffee! It was real cold brew vs some hot decaf pour over which most places will do. Also it is nice because you can get it 1/2 sweet, 3/4 etc. They suggested 3/4, though I’ll try 1/2 next time. My daughter can’t wait to go try it out soon!
- SHShane Hicks6 days ago2.0My wife and I went for their Grand Opening today (our first experience with the brand). We were handed a small folded menu, and stickers. I really only have one cup of drip coffee of a coffee a day and the occasional dessert "coffee" from Starbucks when my wife gets something. I asked the staff for a comparison to a Starbucks cookie crumble mocha, but the staff had no idea what that was (that's fair, but I figured they could help me find a decent transition of sorts but was unable to). In order not to hold the line up, I decided to play it safe and ordered a chocolate milkshake and my wife had the Golden Eagle. When my milkshake was handed to me, it was mostly liquid instead of being partially frozen but I just assumed that maybe that's how they served them here (I know the thickness of a milkshake varies by store). The slushiness of the milkshake was greatly overshadowed by how extremely sweet it ended up being (it tasted like it was made of sweet cream, chocolate ice cream, and ice all blended together). It was so sweet in fact that I couldn't finish more than 3 sips. My wife also agreed that her Golden Eagle was way too sweet but she wanted to try to finish it (a few hours later, she still wasn't able to and gave up). I'm sure this is the right flavor for some people, just not us. Best of luck in Clemmons!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
