Here is a perfect example as how they aren’t consistent with their drinks when manager isn’t around .. look at photos for example.. right is what i ordered but the left is what i got …. Looks and taste NOTHING like what i ordered…. So irritating as im a regulate customer here but im starting to consider Starbucks … UPDATE!! The staff quality is trash when the manager isn’t around … i order the same coffee every day but for some reason, it’s never consistent some days. It’s good some days it’s bitter. They just don’t try when the manager isn’t around and it’s very obvious ….. The manager makes you feel so welcome and she’s always happy to be there and to make everyone’s day feel special with her kindness and beautiful smile !!!

I have never had an experience like this at a Dunkin’ Donuts I used to work at one for years. If an order is delayed they should have the people pull forward instead of holding up the line.

I havent been to Dunkin in awhile, so I thought it would be nice to get a donut and some coffee and picked up hashbrowns for my son. Got home to eat and drink my "coffee" and was disappointed enough to leave a review. Food tastes like chemicals, and its stale. My son didnt even want the hashbrowns and normally he will destroy hashbrowns. The coffee tastes terrible tried to add my own creamer to it to try and save it but that didnt work either. Save your money. I just wasted $8.
