- NGNyla GreenJun 5, 20261.0I visited this Domino’s location today and the environment was extremely chaotic and unprofessional. Multiple employees were loudly arguing in front of customers. A younger male employee appeared to be yelling, throwing boxes, and handling food and packaging aggressively while customers were waiting. Two older employees (who appeared to be in supervisory or managerial roles) were also yelling back and forth with him, which added to the disorder in the store. During my visit, I also witnessed a customer being spoken to very rudely and told to move by whistling instead of being addressed respectfully. The interaction stood out as inappropriate and uncomfortable to witness and possibly racist…... Overall, the atmosphere felt disorganized, stressful, and not appropriate for a customer-facing business. I hope management reviews what happened today and addresses employee behavior so customers are not exposed to this kind of experience again.

It shouldn't take an engineer's mind to figure out how to time cooking pizzas such that its completion coincides with the availability of a delivery driver. This store perpetually lets pizzas sit forever waiting for a delivery driver, meaning customers receive cold pizza. This is an issue we have had long standing with this location, and despite pointing it out to a manager, nothing gets done about it. This is a management issue that it's costing this location business, though it seems they already have more business than they want.

They arrived within the time frame , food was hot and fresh, and the delivery driver was fast and friendly!!! Great customer service, especially to have only had one driver for the night ! Awesome !

However, can you say that there's an employee at you local Dominos store that knows what most of your orders are as well as recognizing when you change up from your normal order? I can!!! My guy Shane never misses!! I've witnessed him doing it all from taking orders, to making pizzas. He's a one man army!! Not to mention every pizza I've ordered has been delicious. I placed a order today 3-5-26 and it was something totally different from my normal and when I walked in to pick it up, of course he greeted me like always, "What's up my man?!" Followed by "I noticed you changed up on me!" I laughed and said yeah I wanted to try something different. I'm vegetarian so I came up with a spinach and green pepper combination on a thin crust. It was delicious of course and my guy Shane never disappoints! So to Dominos Corporate, you've got a gem of an individual at your Lewisville/Clemmons location with Shane!! He's awesome!!
