We asked the lady at the window for regular Pepsi and she said diet was the only Pepsi they had. We asked if we could get Cheerwine instead and she rolled her eyes at us. She gave us the Cheerwines. She couldn't take the Diet Pepsi back since they'd already been out the window, which is totally fine. But I have a small car without many cup holders so I needed all of 15 seconds to find somewhere to put these drinks. The worker rudely open the window and told us to move because we were wasting her time. Well if you would've gotten our drinks correct in the first place we'd be on our merry way! Customer service like this is why people don't come back. I know that there are drive thru times, I've worked drive thrus before, but to rudely tell a customer, after your mistake, that they're wasting your time? Absolutely not. And we couldn't pull up because there was a truck in front of us waiting on their food. I was very dismayed from the service today and I question whether or not I'll be back. The workers name was Ana, and apparently she was a shift leader I believe? I don't know how with that customer service attitude.

The fries were also not hot and seemed like they had been sitting for a while. Overall, the food quality did not meet my expectations. I hope more attention is given to serving fresh, hot food in the future because I know this restaurant can do better.
