I’m going to start by saying that several weeks ago, I sat in the drive-through line for a very long time and when I finally got to the window, THEY WERE OUT CHICKEN, told me it would be 25 to 30 minutes to get my order. No real apology, no here’s an insignificant gift card, please come back. Tonight I decided to give them a second chance. The AI order board got my order wrong so I had it corrected. When I got to the window, I reiterated the correction to the gentleman in drive-through who confirmed his understanding of my order. I get home and the order is wrong and the chicken is so overcooked and dry it was inedible. So disappointed.
