- RRRSPD3453Sep 23, 20261.0I am incredibly disappointed with the service at this location, specifically due to the behavior of the General Manager. A leader is supposed to set a positive example, but the GM I encountered today was completely rude, unprofessional, and entirely lacking in basic communication and leadership skills. When I tried to explain my situation, the GM repeatedly cut me off, refused to let me finish speaking, and actively raised his voice at me. This type of hostile, dismissive behavior from upper management is completely unacceptable. Good customer service starts at the top. This management style completely ruins the experience for patrons and creates a toxic environment. I have already filed a formal complaint with corporate headquarters and expect a response. Until this location addresses its leadership issues, I will not be returning and cannot recommend it to others.

We also would've left if they hadn't taken the payment almost as soon as we arrived at the window THIRTEEN MINUTES BEFORE THE FOOD WAS READY. I could've gone to an actual restaurant based on the time and money spent at this worthless establishment. If the staff are lazy fire them. If the fryers are broken fix them. If there's going to be a long wait then tell the customer rather than just taking their money and standing 5 feet from the window until it's ready. I'm genuinely questioning if this location even has a manager. Edit: I'm editing this review to say that upon going through the other reviews I noticed that there were replies to numerous positive reviews yet all negative reviews posted recently had been ignored. It seems my suspicions were correct. There may be someone in charge but NO ONE is managing this location.

Ignored, where people were leaving because they were waiting. Twenty minutes to get their order taken. They were also ignoring the people that had pickups with doordash.... And told doordash, people that they are last priority in the store. I waited over thirty three minutes for a sandwich and fries. Horrible service, horrible attitudes. This needs to be addressed.
