  Absolutely horrible experience, ordered two small things and a drink.. took 25 mins with only 3 people dining in the entire establishment.. once finally handed my food. The lady walked off while on her cell phone carrying on a full on personal conversation while ignoring me while asking for my cup.. to the point I had to go behind the counter and get my cup..

  So I come in to drive-through on a Sunday night I placed my order at the speaker and then they tell me it’s cash only, had to go to the one in Clayton/70. So I make my second attempt and come back the next day. Everything goes great, but I asked the guy at drive-through for some fire sauce. He hand me four little sauces for a nine dollar jukebox. That’s not even close to what you would need. So I said could I get a few more he hand me only ONE sauce. -But at least you didn’t ask me to back up and drive forward again to restart the timer-. and says (sorry bro. We are short) so I said no problem. I parked my car walked inside grabbed plenty from inside… thank you ignorant staff at drive thru. Whatever’s bros name was.

  Showed up on a Saturday night at 19:20. There are 3 cars ahead of us in line. I make it up to the speaker to order. Guy on the microphone is short with me. Says, with an attitude, it'll be a 40-45 minute wait. 40-45 minutes, jeez, I said. "Have a good day" he said, basically ushering me off. First of all, it's taco bell. I can get seated and fed at a Applebee's faster than 45 minutes. Second, I didn't make you guys slow, so no need to have an attitude with me for pulling up to a business that should be open and moving right along. Whatever you guys are doing at this taco bell, you need to stop because it's the most poorly run "fast" food place I've ever been to in my 40 years of existence.

  When it first opened everyone was great, now the guy at the window has an awful attitude and last time I was there he made me reverse in the drive thru window line to not sit near the window even though I was next this time I was disregarded when I asked for sauce. Awful.
