  Honestly this location is terrible. Staff is so rude!!! We came in at 5:11, not busy and it took over 20 minutes. The man behind the counter stated “we are not fast here!” Seriously this is a fast food restaurant and it was opposite. Then to add insult to injury the place was just dirty. The younger short guy there needs to be fired. Don’t bother with this location.

  I went to this Taco Bell at 8:00 p.m. on October 2nd and waited an hour for a mobile order that had been placed about 20 minutes before I arrived. When I finally reached the window after waiting for an hour, I received my food but was missing one of my drinks. I mentioned to the girl at the window that I was missing my third drink, and she immediately caught an attitude and said, “I gave you your drinks.” I explained that I only had two and that I had ordered three. She then walked away, and a different employee came over and gave me my third drink. However, she came back with an attitude as well, making a face and asking, “Is that it?” When I replied, “Yes,” she responded with a loud “MHM” in a very disrespectful tone. The hour-long wait for a mobile order was already frustrating, but the attitude and lack of professionalism from the employees made the experience even worse. This type of customer service is unacceptable and makes me not want to visit this location again.

  Every time I come here the hard shells or chips taste like rancid grease or chemical or something. Like I don’t mean I’m being picky, I literally mean there is a problem. I can’t believe more people aren’t calling it out but I try this place again every month or so and I’ve gotten this incredibly nasty taste that’s like the chemicals they put on batteries to make kids not put them in their mouths. I think they need more frequent cleaning of the oils or make things fresher or store them differently it’s terrible.

  If i could put 0 stars i would. We ordered with an empty drive thru, waited 23 minutes. We told the drive thru girl that if our food was almost ready, she said no and said she had several orders before us. We asked for a refund immediately. Instantly got an attitude when no attitude was given to her. I assume it was the manager that came and wanted to refund us only $33 dollars and some change when our order was for $43.11. He said it was because we received our drinks, we said we would give the drinks back. They were untouched not a sip taken out of them. The girl was YAPPING behind him that they were sipped on. We instantly handed back the drinks. We told them why didn’t you advise us of the delay or hold the drive thru line? The drive thru girl said we informed everyone else behind you. Meaning not us so there was no reason for an attitude. Never buying here again. The drive thru girl needs to be fired, and wear appropriate work attire.
