  Please make sure you check your food before you pull off because they will literally forget to put meat on your sandwhich or salad. How the heck do you forget the meat??? This happened to me TWICE at this location. Fortunately I live in flowers or I would’ve been extremely inconvenienced!!!!

  I've been going to the Panera chain for as long as it's been open and I've only ever seen a manager go around the restaurant checking in on the customers once. In the many hours I visited this location today, I saw the manager checks on the customers 3 times. The staff was organized, the place was clean, and the food was as good as it was timely. Great job to this location in particular.

  Placed our order at the kiosk inside. It took 26 minutes to get our food. The text saying it was ready was premature, had another 5 minutes. Was planning to eat in, but took it home instead. The 1/2 salad was light on all other ingredients except lettuce. The Asian Sesame Chicken stuffer was stuffed with lettuce - no sesame, no chicken. The Strawberry Chicken Salad was OK. Not good enough to make up for the rest. There's a reason the reviews total 3 stars. Should have read them first.

  We tried this location for the 2nd time because our first experience wasn't great! We had to wait extremely long the first time, food was okay Well let's just say we want be back for a $40 meal!! The food was disgusting, the guy fixing our food was sneezing while fixing our food not even turning away from food. What happened to uniforms and dressing neat for work?? We see a lot of socializing and on cellular devices. We expected better for the classy location this restaurant is in. VERY DISAPPOINTED....

  The place was very clean and bright. However, the food it is definitely not worth the price. The sandwiches do not look anything close to the pictures on the kiosk or the app. There is barely any food in between the bread. My friend got only the ciabataa cheesesteak steak sandwich fir $13, where you couldn't even see the meat unless you picked up the top piece of the bread, very thin barely there layer. I got the toasted caprese focassia for $10 and the same. I've attacked a pic of what is supposed to look like according to the kiosk vs what is got. Not with the money, will not be going back.
