DO NOT COME HERE WHEN SCHOOLS GET OUT! The food and the employees are amazing but the teenagers come here so often they are loud, cussing slurs and treating the buisness like a playground. The employees have tried calling police but there’s nothing that can be done. The teenagers are very agressive and if you try to tell the employees about their behavior (like them rushing a into a men’s bathroom to gang up on a girl) they will throw insults at you and make comments. They have zero respect for adults or other children, the location is very understanding- but they admit they have to hire extra security due to smoking in bathrooms and agressive behavior. The teenagers do not clean up after themselves and leave trash everywhere. The employees themselves try their best and are amazing but when you have 20+ teenagers acting like punks while screaming over everyone and repeated police involved it’s obvious they are repeat offenders and I hope their mothers are proud of them.

The young ladies working dont have the friendliness approach to their job. The young lady taking orders was very rude . The young lady handing me drink basically threw it at me.

The late night manager called me fat and poor at 2am. Because I told him to stop wasting time arguing with customers and take care of drive thru because i sat in the line for 30 minutes "he said do you want a cookie?" He even stepped out of the store and called anothe employee to the door but she just stood and watched.... I will NEVER go back

I took my child there around 4pm after school. It took 20 minutes to get a kids meal and a number 7 without special requests. Thankfully, there are tables with electronics for young kids to play on. It was the only way I could distract my child for 20 minutes from the 3 obnoxiously loud teens who cussed more than my old Army unit. They also threw stuff at each other and started slap boxing while running around other tables. Beyond that, there were 3 other tables with people just hanging out and two people came in just for free drinks since you cant see the soda machine from the counter. The last two don't bother me, I just can't believe the owner is cool with this being a hangout and free drinks for the public. The staff was friendly and the order was correct, but there's not a chance I'll be back to this location.

If I could give this McDonald’s -5 stars, I would. What a disappointing experience, especially because of the way the manager handled the situation. I understand that the initial mistake was partly mine. I did not have a strong internet connection at the time, and I also failed to notice that the app had selected the wrong McDonald’s location. After picking up my kids from elementary school, they wanted McDonald’s, so I opened the app while I was on the way home to see if I could place an order. Unfortunately, the app automatically selected the closest location when I opened it not the McDonald’s that is about five minutes from my house. I pulled over at the curb and started placing the order, but because my internet connection was slow, the location never updated. I didn’t realize the order was being placed at a McDonald’s about 20 minutes away until after I had already paid. When I tried to mark the order as “I’m here” in the app, it wouldn’t let me, which is when I realized my mistake. I went inside with my kids to see if someone could help correct the situation. A young employee with pink hair was extremely kind and tried to help me. Since she wasn’t sure what could be done, she asked the manager for assistance. Unfortunately, the manager’s response was extremely disappointing. Without even looking at me or making any attempt to be courteous, she simply said, “No. There’s nothing we can do. If you want your order, you’ll have to place another order here and cancel the other one. It could take up to 48 hours for your money to be refunded.” The employee with the pink hair, on the other hand, continued trying to help. She even took my phone to see if there was a customer service number or another way to resolve the issue. I ultimately decided to explain to my kids that we had to drive to the other McDonald’s to pick up the food because of the mistake. I understand that mistakes happen, and I accept responsibility for selecting the wrong location. What disappointed me was the complete lack of empathy and willingness to find a solution. A manager should understand that customer service is not just about following a policy it’s also about how you treat people when something goes wrong. I actually experienced a very similar situation at Starbucks several years ago when I lived in Florida. The difference was night and day. The Starbucks employees simply said, “Don’t worry about it,” verified that I had actually purchased the drink, and made the order for me at the location where I was standing. There was no attitude, no accusation, and no unnecessary hassle. That is the kind of customer service that makes people come back. There is definitely room for improvement at this McDonald’s, particularly when it comes to management and customer service. Policies are important, but so is empathy, professionalism, and making customers feel like their business is valued. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will think twice before returning to this location.
