At least Publix is a staffed grocery store that acts like they want your money. Food Lion could care less. What a disappointment!! Food lion to go is completely hit or miss. Order was an hour forty minutes late. Food was not cold when brought out. I guess refrigerated is just to much to ask for. I'm sorry your company can't staff it's store.
- MFMarcus FJun 5, 20263.0Staff all pretty friendly, they are out of stuff a lot but always restock. My one real complaint is from a couple of weeks ago when all the ice cream was on sale. I bought a container for home and quickly realized it had thawed and refrozen. I took it back immediately and explained the issue. The young lady told me it could be due to the power going out overnight at the store! I then realized that rather than trash everything in those freezers, they marked them down to get rid of them. That’s bad business to me.
