- TYTim YarbroughJun 17, 20261.0I loved Food Lion for the longest time. Customer service has gone down so much. The worst thing about it is that they don't care. Excuse after excuse. At least Publix is a staffed grocery store that acts like they want your money. Food Lion could care less. What a disappointment!! Food lion to go is completely hit or miss. Order was an hour forty minutes late. Food was not cold when brought out. I guess refrigerated is just to much to ask for. I'm sorry your company can't staff it's store.

I bought a container for home and quickly realized it had thawed and refrozen. I took it back immediately and explained the issue. The young lady told me it could be due to the power going out overnight at the store! I then realized that rather than trash everything in those freezers, they marked them down to get rid of them. That’s bad business to me.
