Online orders seem to be difficult to acquire all items for the order. On more then 2 occasions I have had to go inside to ask for the remainder of my order. If unreliability was a good attribute they would have high marks.

I’ve had a wonderful experience at my Flowers Clayton, NC location. I use the pickup service about two to three times a week because of the convenience it provides for my home and shopping routine, and I truly appreciate it. However, I especially wanted to take a moment to recognize a young man who brought my groceries out the other day. His name is Justin Dixon. I actually asked him for his name specifically because I wanted to make sure his exceptional customer service was recognized. Justin was incredibly kind, professional, and personable. For someone so young, he truly exemplifies what outstanding customer service looks like. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever received better service than I did that afternoon, and I felt it absolutely deserved to be acknowledged. Thank you for having employees like Justin who take pride in creating a positive experience for customers. I’ll also be leaving a Google review because I believe exceptional service deserves to be recognized and shared!

Always good customer service. Very helpful staff. Today when my favorite mango bars were not on the shelf, one of the staff took the time to go back and check the delivery area. She found them! .
