  Every time I come and order a plain black coffee it takes 7-15 minutes. 9 Bar has nothing to worry about.

  The worst dunkin I've ever been too. So poorly managed. Your order is never right and the workers never help you. They walk right by and you have to call for them and ask for help and ignore you while youre standing there cuz you didnt get your entire order. They always say they can't find the order slip and always have to ask me what my order was. Its wild.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. The manager was very rude, loud, and unprofessional throughout my entire visit. While I was there, she repeatedly yelled at two younger female employees in front of customers. The employees appeared very uncomfortable and frightened by the way she was speaking to them. She was also rude toward customers, including me. She yelled at me twice to place my order at the kiosk. I explained that I was paying with cash and that the entire menu was not showing up on the kiosk. She seemed annoyed that someone needed to take my order and called another employee over to do it instead. On top of the terrible service, the sandwiches were extremely disappointing. I ordered three sourdough sandwiches and asked for sausage and aioli, but neither was included. I was also charged extra for bacon, yet there was only one slice of bacon on each sandwich. If I’m being charged for extra bacon, I expect to actually receive extra bacon. Between the incorrect order, being charged for extras I barely or never received, and the manager’s behavior, this was an extremely uncomfortable and disappointing experience. I’m especially concerned about the two younger employees who were repeatedly being yelled at in front of customers. Please look into how employees are being treated at this location and address the manager’s behavior. I would also appreciate a refund or appropriate resolution for the missing items and extras I paid for but did not receive.

  Becareful when in the drive thru. I was told my total was 14 and some change. I tapped my card and she pulled the reader in quickly. I asked for a receipt showed 17.03 was charged. When i questioned her about it she said oh you accidentally tipped. How!? My hand never touched it.

  I question the training of the staff at this location. They do not follow proper food safety practices. Twice now they have served cold and still frozen egg products. This time the order was wrong and took the food back over the counter and began to peel the wrong cheese off the sandwich to put the right cheese on it. I don't think the health department and FDA would be too happy about that. Please work on retaining your staff. This place will end up making people sick...
