  This is the 2nd time I've went to the drive thru around 7:15am and nobody is there to take the order. Today, the drive thru sign was black and 2 employees were sitting at the table outside the front door obviously seeing cars go to the drive thru then leave. If you're not going to actually be open, change the hours listed!

  Walking in I was overwhelmed by how kind the staff was! The cashier that served me also complimented my earrings so thank you so much!!! That really meant a lot to me!!

  We arrived at 7:58 during summer hours and waited in the drive-thru, but no one acknowledged us or took our order. It was disappointing to be completely ignored, especially while the business was still within its posted hours. Very poor customer service.

  I have been to this location three times as it’s very convenient. However, each time there’s been some type of issue. The first time we had ordered for breakfast items and everything was wrong. I went back, had them fix it, checked it again, and it was still wrong. At that point I had two hungry kids I was irritable and just decided to try and fix it myself when I get home. The second time I went, my coffee order was wrong, and I just went this morning and they can only accept cash. The staff I’ve seen is quite young but very kind. Maybe I just have bad luck, but so far my experience has been the consistency of this location isn’t great.
