- CPchevita Pollock6 days ago1.0I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was treated during my recent visit to Chipotle. I ordered a meal, but there was an issue with it, so they threw it away and told a staff to remake it. While another young lady was remaking my meal, the manager stepped in and took over. Unfortunately, she gave me noticeably less food than I had received in my original order. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable accepting the meal and simply requested a refund. What made the situation worse was the manager’s dismissive attitude. When I asked for corporate contact information so that I could address my concerns, she refused to provide it and simply told me to “read the receipt.” I believe customers should be treated with respect, especially when they are calmly addressing an issue with their order. I believe the manager’s name was Margaret, although I’m not completely certain. I hope Chipotle takes this complaint seriously and addresses the manager’s customer service and professionalism. I left feeling very disappointed with the entire experience.

They only refunded me $1.82 even though the last two meals weren't edible. I will never go to this chipotle again, the staff is not capable of doing their jobs correctly and the company doesn't care enough to actually make it right.
