- MMMyrisa MelberSep 28, 20265.0I Hope the everyone that worked at clayton chipptle today always gets the cold side of the pillow. This was a GROUP effort. The chicken was extra seasoned, my bowl was LOADED, the packaging actually came with napkins and silverware. I'm a very happy customer today
- JBJoseph BiernackiSep 27, 20261.0First off, please note that I absolutely hate to leave bad reviews. A lot of times, I just won’t review at all, but this is THE WORST Chipotle I have ever been to. We live, literally, across the street and we drive the five miles to go to the one at White Oak. First time that we went, food was cold. Second time, food was cold. We decided to give it one more try. We got there about 40 minutes after they opened, only to find out that they were still closed due to staffing. After going to the White Oak location for 6-8 months, I placed a pickup order at this location because I was feeling lazy. My bag had my name on it, but when I got home, we had the wrong order. Never going here again. It’s back to White Oak, for good.. I don’t know if it’s management or what, but this place needs a complete overhaul..
- VCVictoria CourtneySep 19, 20262.0Customer service was extremely lacking. The ponied-tail young man seemed like he hated his job & didn't communicate well with a coworker. He served small helpings of food especially chicken. The chicken was also cut up in very small pieces, unlike the usual larger chunks & seemed almost non-existent in all. Very disappointing overall.
- NJNatasha JohnsonSep 18, 20261.0Very upsetting the first chipotle I came to my portions was real small then they want to charge me double I should’ve took a picture. It was like They were feeding A kid
