The rice was dry and crunchy (like could break a tooth crunchy). The chips were very stale, without crispness at all. The tortilla was warm in the foil, but otherwise it was subpar. I usually don’t have any issues at this location, but it seems like if you order in the evening, they’ll just use the leftover stuff from the day that’s not fresh at all, unfortunately. Can’t comment on service or atmosphere.
