I frequently stop by this location for breakfast and always look forward to it, but today was the worst experience I’ve had. The drive-thru attendant was very rude and showed a complete lack of customer service. I hope management can address this so the location can maintain its usual high standards.

When I got there, I found a huge drive-thru line and ended up waiting about 15–20 minutes. A very nice gentleman came to my car, and I told him I had a mobile order. He assured me that my order would be ready for me at the window. When I finally reached the window, the employee got my name wrong. I corrected her, but she then started referring to my order as a DoorDash order, even though I was simply picking up my own mobile order. She came back and told me I had to park and come inside the restaurant to get my food. I explained that I had already been waiting 15–20 minutes in line and that I am pregnant, so I was not going to get out of my car after waiting that long for an order that was supposed to be ready. Instead of listening, she walked away and began telling her coworkers that I was refusing to come inside and that I “just wanted them to give me my order.” Another employee then came over and again insisted it was a DoorDash order. I had to explain once more that it was not DoorDash and that it was my mobile order. After correcting my name yet again, they finally located my order and handed it to me. As she gave me the food, the employee told me that next time I would have to come inside and then accused me of having an attitude while speaking to her. At that point, I was frustrated because I had already waited in line for 15–20 minutes, repeatedly explained that it was my mobile order, and had been sent back and forth over something that should have been simple. To make matters worse, after all that waiting and confusion, my food was cold when I finally received it. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Between the long wait, the staff not listening, repeatedly confusing my order with DoorDash, the disrespectful treatment, and the cold food, this was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I will not be returning to this location. If I could give zero stars, I would.
