The cake had visible freezer burn on several of the cherries, the frosting had a strong chemical/artificial taste, and the texture was off to the point that it was ultimately inedible. I initially thought Richard Anderson, the owner/manager, was going to be extremely helpful. He reached out and asked me to send photos, which I did promptly. However, after providing the requested information, I received no further response. I have followed up multiple times via email and phone (including leaving a voicemail), and have been completely ignored. This lack of follow-through is extremely unprofessional. Accidents happen, and I would not have had an issue if this had been properly addressed. Instead, I paid for a cake that could not be eaten and have been unable to get any resolution. At this point, I am simply seeking a refund. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. I wish I could give no stars.

Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

How do I redeem my guest survey coupon?
