  So if you go back through the reviews throughout the years, I have wrote quite a few for food loin for years live in China grove 20 plus yrs for once, I will be calling corporate tomorrow. I am a business owner for number one. I give a lot to this community. A lot of people know me no criminal background never even had a ticket at 53. so Thursday is day they usually mark meats down in Food Lion and last week when I was in there, I asked him I said why do y’all cover up the date dates are supposed to be visible date for covered again, so I’m peeling the sticker back looking at the date cause you know it’s within a day or two depending on how much I wanna cook tonight and prep for three days ahead and I’m looking at the sales on the meat.my and grandson go down the hall to get brownies, etc. and he says Nana that Lady keeps walking by us I said so what he said she keeps looking at us and bugging and I was like so what didn’t think nothing about it we proceed through the store to get our pizzas and other things and you know how they have the meat section it’s got like two pork chops and whatever else they have in there that stuff is never got a date on it so he wanted a pork chops. I picked it up look no date so I put it back down. That’s when I noticed I was been watched. I didn’t say anything I kept going through the store getting what I needed. and I always go through self check out when the little annoying boys up there that’s so polite the skinny tall girls up there been a few different ones there I go through self checkout for a reason I’m very picky about the way I bagged my groceries so the lady comes over and says let me help you. I said I don’t need help. I’m picky about the way I do things and I am I like my cold things together. my boxes together and my Perishable together is together. , Just makes it easier when you get home and when I go to Lysol it before I put it in my refrigerator that’s never happened before they never offered to help you never She walks away. She comes back. She grabs my hamburger meat, which was on sale for $7.16 cause it expires tomorrow brought it back picked up my other two meats took them over somewhere. I was still ringing up my groceries at this point and come back she says oh these aren’t on sale. This one says blah blah blah this sticker don’t even go to this meet and I was like OK whatever I’ll go back there and look when I get finish ringing out my groceries and the lady that was at self checkout. She said I’ll watch your buggy for you while you go back and look. I was like no cause I’m feeling some type of way cause the more I stood there checking out my groceries and put two and two together that they were watching me through that store and you wanna walk by my buggy twice to look at the meat that’s in my buggy and whatever else I had like, I was gonna say something and by the way, yeah my grandson has y’all watching me like I was in there stealing or something. Let me tell you something. I’m a business owner here in China Grove. I have plenty of money. I’ve never sold a damn thing in my Life. If I can’t pay for it, I don’t need it and I really felt like they were accusing me of something so why would you following me through the store and Ididn’t make a scene but I’m not gonna make a scene anyway cause I have more respect for myself and my business than That all these years I’ve been going to that Food Lion twice a week sales start on Tuesday. They always marked the meat down a day sometimes two days before It expiresthey always cover the date I’m not the only one peels the label back to look at the date So you followed me through the store like I was stealing you come straight up and walk by my buggy twice by the way, my grandson recorded you so if you knew the prices were wrong on the meat why did you wait till I got up there to pay why didn’t you say something when I was standing there at the meat department I could go on with this story but I will be calling corporate and I look forward to giving Lowe’s my business It was the way you went about it

  I hope this is the right store, the one on 29 that used to be a Winn-Dixie a long time ago and is like right across from Sonic. If so, I have to give a shout out to Aurora send. I live in Cleveland and the other day I had a doctors appointment in Concord and didn’t have a phone charger with me and on the way home. My phone was at like 10% and I still had a good 30 minute drive. I get so nervous and anxious when my phone is dying and I’m driving, not to mention some roads still had icy spots. I decided to stop there because this area between China Grove and Kannapolis is one of those like everyone is friendly and helpful type areas lol. I told myself I was going to go in and try to find an employee that looks friendly and that likely had an iPhone lol and as soon as I saw Aurora I went straight to her. I explained my predicament and she didn’t hesitate to help. She plugged my phone up for me in the back to charge while I shopped, but I literally only needed two things so I just checked out the magazines and took my time getting my items. After about 10 minutes I went to the front, waited for her to check people out, let her know I was ready, and she went all the way to the back and got my phone for me (after ensuring her register would be covered by another employee) and checked me out. I didn’t catch the other lady’s name. She was an older woman, African-American, working the self check out area. This was about 9:30 AM and they weren’t busy at all but when a customer came to the regular check-out she jumped right in and helped cover while Aurora (I think she said her nickname was Sandy?) was getting my phone. Those 10 minutes charged my phone from like 8% to 35% and got me home safe. So thank you Aurora, for not making me feel like a burden and for being so kind and helpful. I wish more people were like you!

  Best pharmacy around Kannapolis China Grove area the employees are very nice and if they don't have your medicine that day they will surely have it later that day or the next morning compared to Walgreens where I used to go it would take them a week or more to get my prescription
