- SSSarah S5 days ago1.0The worst possible Bojangles around. They get the order wrong every time. I always get the grilled chicken with bacon, mayo and cheese. This was the 2nd time my husband went in there and had to have them fix my order and it is an EVERYTIME thing. I wish they would get someone in there that knew what they were doing. They have people who do not know how to ring up orders and the manager doesn’t help the person either. They have a line backed all the way up for people waiting to order.

When I got there and walked up neither of the two ladies right there said anything. Finally a lady comes from around the corner and greeted me and asked how she could help me. I told her I was there for an online order pick up and give her my name and there is my food in boxes all over the counter. She rounds it all up and puts it in the bag. The order was correct with the exception of being an order of coleslaw short. The b lack not greeting or attention when walking in and the disorganization/messiness of the counter area are the reasons for the mid review.
