Incase anyone has had issues with the Deli department, like I have, it's been reported to management & hopefully it will be resolved. I went to the Deli at 7:01 pm & was refused service & told they weren't cutting meat & they closed at 7pm. When in reality they're open for service until 8pm. When I first called, no one in the Deli could tell me what time the Deli closes until I talked to the mgr. Not only that, but every time I go to the Deli, regardless if there's 3-4 ppl working behind the counter, I'll stand there forever with no one bothering to acknowledge my presence, even to tell me they'll be with me shortly. I ended up driving to Walmart, the only other grocery store with a Deli in the area. So I spoke with management the following day about the situation & hopefully things will improve. I've had no other issues at this store other than the Deli. Everyone is always kind, polite, & professional. Especially the guy with long blonde hair that works the USCAN registers in the evenings. He's typically working when I'm shopping, & has had to help me with the Food Lion app a cpl times & I get rainchecks often as well. He's always very polite, helpful & professional.
