After figuring out that i was at the wrong location, i went into the right one fully prepared to pay for another order of fries… because after 35 minutes sitting and commute home, the ones i perviously ordered were no good. The staff was so accommodating and made them fresh. That’s great customer service!!!!

I asked them to please make sure they don't overcook and they did an excellent job both in flavor and texture those were some of the most tender Wings I've had in a very long time thank you so much! I wish I knew the young gentleman's name who handled my order. Felt like you might have been new there. I want to thank you personally. Really great job!

When I arrived, the area outside the store reeked of marijuana, and the manager appeared to be outside smoking while arguing with a man. Meanwhile, the gentleman inside was handling about six orders by himself. Despite being clearly overwhelmed, he remained polite and professional and even apologized for the wait and for his manager not being around to assist him. The manager eventually came inside, grabbed a drink, and went right back outside while he continued handling all the orders alone. The gentleman working deserves recognition. He did a great job under stressful circumstances and maintained a positive attitude. My disappointment is with the lack of leadership and support. He deserved much more help than he was getting.
