They delivered a box of staples purchased with a gift card and left at our door. We have footage of delivery and driver. We went back to store only to find a bunch of HOODLUMS hanging out, walking in and out going behind counter. This was a in store scam, something we later found out. I will not stop untill this store is fully exposed. Im really hoping owner will reach out to us.

However, I really appreciate the manager reaching out to me personally and making sure my concerns were addressed. Great customer service makes a difference! He took the time to listen, acknowledge the issue, and make sure my recent experience was rectified. I truly appreciate the effort and willingness to make things right. Upon receiving my food, the bag had been opened looks as if the sticker was tampered with. We didn’t receive our drinks that came with the meals. Our chicken sandwich did not receive the pickles that comes on the sandwich and the fries were spilled at the bottom of the bag and fry carton was on the opposite side of the bag. The corn looked like it had been sitting all day at the bottom of the pot and was stale. The wings were great. We contacted this location and the gentleman was nonchalant. It also sound like they were at the club in the background, they had the music in the kitchen blasting and could hear it through the phone. I informed him about the missing drinks and his response was “we’re going to send a refund in 2-3 business days.” I informed him that the chicken sandwich was missing the pickles he responded “that’s okay, we’re going to refund it” 0/10 do not recommend this location!

Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge.
