  I wish I could give this location negative stars. On October 7, 2026, I placed a walk-in order at Wingstop Store #2429. My receipt clearly showed that my order was supposed to be all flats and well done. However, when I received my food, the order contained 5 drums and only 4 flats, and the wings were not well done. I called the store to report the issue, and the clerk who answered the phone was extremely rude and unpleasant. I was told that I would have to bring the food back the following day in order for the mistake to be corrected. When I returned, the order was only partially corrected and, once again, the wings were still not well done. The employee then asked me to check my food before leaving, in a manner that made it seem as though the repeated mistakes were somehow my responsibility. My receipt was correct—the problem was with the preparation of the order. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced poor attitudes at this location. With the exception of Unique and the slim younger female clerk, the customer service here has consistently been terrible. The male manager in particular has an extremely unpleasant attitude. Many of the employees act as though they are unhappy to be at work and bothered by customers simply placing an order. Customers should not have to deal with rude attitudes after the restaurant makes an error, especially when they have to make an additional trip just to have the order corrected; and it still is not prepared correctly. After this experience, I will no longer patronize Wingstop Store #2429, and I will also be contacting Wingstop Corporate regarding the customer service and repeated issues with this location.

  First of all, I was expecting actual chicken wings, not breaded deep fried nuggets. If I wanted nuggets, I would have gone to Mcdonalds.Yuk! Breading was way too salty. Service was very slow,place was crowded with togo orders. Not complaining about this particular store, but with Wingstop all together. Never never going there again.

  Pulled up tonight about 9:30pm. Seen the manager outside smoking a cigarette. He followed me in and went straight to giving me my order. grabbed cups and handed them to me. proceeded to the fryers and pulling chicken, I seen him with a big metal bowl for saucing, seen him putting wings in containers for an order. So from cigarette outside, touch door handle, give me cups, pull fryers, mixing bowl, etc. He said he was the manager. My thought is if this is how much the manager cares about how sanitary his hands are and if he get's his customer sick or not then the other employees must be just as careless or worse. Me and my family? NO, not this wingstop.

  I’ve never had too bad of an experience here, the food is great, easily the best fast food chicken sandwich I’ve ever eaten, but this location specifically needs to hire more people! There was only one person when I went most recently with a couple friends, we ended up going to chick fil a. They couldn’t take our orders because they were busy taking care of online orders, which is totally fine, but she said herself that she couldn’t help us until either she finished or until her other employee got there. Perks to her for being the only one working at that time though.
