  Finally! A Whataburger expansion location in NC worthy of its Texas ancestors. The other new locations I've tried in NC and TN have been extremely slow, inaccurate, full of not-sharp employees delivering food not worthy of the brand name. I've been discouraged to give them another try, but I'm glad I did, because THIS location near Concord Mills is doing it right. Super clean, super fast, super fresh, super huge, friendly staff and extremely delicious food. Thank you so much, keep up the good work! I'll be back. Highly recommended.

  Burger wasn’t wrapped. It was all over the inside of the bag like it was thrown inside. Fries not at all tasty. Only good on this order was the large coke. I ordered through uber eats but bag was sealed which tells me it came from the establishment this way. Maybe staff moving too fast to care. This is not what I expected as a paying customer. And then I didn’t ask for cheese. There are no tomatoes or pickles and onions on my burger either. Definitely not worth it. Paying for what I didn’t order is a problem. You gave me what you wanted to have and didn’t even care because of how you didn’t properly package it. This is a definite turn off for anyone.burger tastes like the nasty McDonald’s quarter pounder.

  Brand new. So expectations were high. Service was excellent. I made a mistake ordering and caught it when I looked at the receipt. The young man behind the counter did a great job correcting my mistake. I apologized profusely and he had a great attitude. My excitement faded. There was nothing that separated the burger from any other fast food burger. It was freshly made, which is great, the lettuce and tomato and onions were fresh and cold while the burger and bacon were hot. However, as far as taste, just an average burger. The fries were nice and hot but were just fries. I am more than willing to try them again.

  My friend and I were in need of an extremely late dinner after a Kacey Musgraves concert. Pretty much everything was closed, so we decided on Whataburger. We had never been to this location before, but I was absolutely blown away by the incredible service by Paige. For most fast food joints, the midnight hour is full of tired and grumpy staff, which is understandable. Thankfully, we did not have that experience with Paige, even with an absolute huge drive thru line and a busy dining area. She took the time to make conversation and maintained a positive tone, which was greatly appreciated. During the conversation, she mentioned serving the Whataburger company for over a decade-Whataburger higher-ups take notice! In addition, she was patient and kind toward a wishy washy patron, even with the pressure of a busy store. Would happily visit this location again!

  This is a great place for delicious food. We stopped on on Thursday for lunch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady taking our order was so nice. It did not take long for our food to come out to our table. The young lady that brought our food out had condoments with her and asked if we needed anything else. We asked for mayonnaise and mustard and she brought it right out to us. The food was hot and delicious. The store was very clean and organized. You get a lot of food with your order and you can refill your drinks when needed. They have other options other than hamburgers on their menu. I would recommend this place to everyone in the area looking for a delicious meal to stop in and check them out.
