Service has been awful the last 5 times my family and I have been here. Servers are hardly attentive and we never get napkins, refills, and we have to wait 45+ minutes for a house salad. Disappointing especially because of how much money you can spend here.

We had the best night celebrating my daughter’s 13th birthday! Brooke M and Amiya were the BEST servers and made my daughter’s experience unforgettable. The food was incredible and the drinks were ice cold! Nothing but a great time thanks to a great team.

Awesome Fun!
Truth is, I’ve never touched a golf club before this night, but it was so much fun! If you’ve never been, you get to rent a booth, which also comes with tables and chairs. You rent by a timeframe and it’s pretty cheap and hour is only about $35
You should order food as soon as you arrive because Service can be a little slow
The electronic nature of the golf is what makes it so much fun. You can choose any of the numerous games so that everyone can participate and have a blast whether you’re looking to just knock balls, get competitive or improve this place has it!
And each booth comes with a full set of clubs & and automatic ball dispenser
Bring the whole family doesn’t matter the age- every single person will have fun
It’s impossible not to have a good time at this place!
It was the most fun I’ve had all year!
Everyone will have a blast here

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and management experience I received during my recent visit to Topgolf on Thursday, June 4.
My group arrived around 1:30 PM and checked in at the front desk. The employee placed us into the system and assigned us a bay on the third floor. At no point were we asked how long we intended to stay, offered any alternative bay options, informed that the entire first floor was closed, advised that the second floor was full, or told that our assigned bay had an upcoming reservation.
We proceeded to our bay, purchased one hour of play, ordered food and drinks, and began enjoying our visit. As our hour was ending around 2:45 PM, our waitress asked whether we would like to extend our game time. We requested an additional 30 minutes. She attempted to extend our reservation but was unable to do so. After checking with someone else, she informed us that there was an event beginning at 4:00 PM and therefore our time could not be extended. She offered us 10 complimentary minutes instead.
This made no sense to us. It was approximately 2:45 PM. We were requesting only 30 additional minutes, which would have ended at approximately 3:15 PM—well before the 4:00 PM event. We asked to speak with a manager because we were confused as to why we had been placed in a bay with a reservation conflict when nobody at check-in had explained any limitations on our time.
The manager's explanations only created more confusion:
1. We were told the front desk system cannot see whether bays have upcoming reservations. If that is true, the system needs to be upgraded. It is difficult to understand how bays can be effectively managed if employees cannot see future reservations when assigning guests.
2. We were told there would have been a 30-minute wait for a second-floor bay. However, when we arrived, only a handful of bays were occupied on the third floor. It is hard to believe there were no other available options that would have allowed us to stay longer.
3. We were told certain bays were closed because there was not enough waitstaff available. This explanation seemed inconsistent given the number of guests present at the time.
4. We were told a private event would soon occupy the closed bays. If staffing was available for the upcoming event, it raises questions about why existing guests could not be accommodated.
5. We were offered the option to move to another bay. By that point, we had already ordered food and drinks, spent significant time in our current bay, and had been engaged in a lengthy discussion with management. Moving bays was not a practical solution for a request that only involved an additional 30 minutes of play.
6. When I suggested that these operational and technology issues should be escalated to company leadership because they create a poor customer experience, I was told there was no way to do that.
The most frustrating part of this experience was not being unable to extend our play time. It was the lack of communication from the beginning and the series of inconsistent explanations that followed. Had the front desk simply informed us at check-in that our bay was only available for one hour, we could have made an informed decision about where to play or how long to stay.
Instead, we were surprised at the end of our session, inconvenienced while trying to resolve the issue, and left feeling that customer concerns were being dismissed rather than addressed.
Whoever was managing the facility that afternoon should receive additional training in customer relations and guest experience management. Additionally, if Topgolf's reservation system truly cannot alert staff to upcoming bay reservations during guest check-in, that is a significant operational issue that should be reviewed and corrected.
This experience fell far below the level of service I expected from Topgolf.
