I was there for a travel agent event and it was wonderful. Great service and food.

I'm very biased in my review since this is one of my favorite restaurants in Charlotte. All the food is great and you can't go wrong.

We have been coming here twice a year for over 20 years. The service is always outstanding. They have a lot of long term employees and customers which tells you something. Big shout out to Joey, the GM who always remembers us and always comes over to speak to us and check in. The food. Chefs kiss. I had the sea bass and it was cooked absolutely perfect. It came with some sort of egg fried rice that was so amazing! My husband always says that the Palm has the best steak in Charlotte. I took a bite and a I agree. I just love this restaurant so much, if we lived closer we would be eating here even more!

The food at The Palm is always good, but on top of that, you can be sure you’re going to get great service. The owner/manager, Joe, is unbelievably nice, and they have a great outdoor patio. We had calamari, filet mignon, crispy brussel sprouts, and the perfect bottle of red wine. Our waiter Jason was perfect. On top of this, we sat outside on the most beautiful night, and Phillips Place is such a pretty environment with cobblestones and party lights. Chef’s kiss!

Just left this place I was so disappointed in this place. First time here. Salad came before our wine, dinner came 45 minutes later steak and creamed spinach but our potatoes came when we were almost done with our steaks.. we said we didn’t want them anymore. For an upscale steak house the service was atrocious. We will never be back and stick to Steak 48 where service and food is always good.
