- DWDavid Wade6 days ago5.0It's been a few years since my wife and I visited The Palm. We were NOT disappointed with our meal last night. Our server, Cynthia, was fantastic and very attentive. The manager remembered our name from check-in and visited our table of couple of times to make sure we were good. All in all a very wonderful dining experience at a fine establishment! Well done!
- AKAngela KiserAug 21, 20261.0Visited The Palm in July, around 3 p.m. on a Monday. Upon arriving, we were the only customers in the restaurant and we were not impressed with the inattentive service. In addition, our steaks were not cooked as ordered. Mine should have been medium well and my husband's should have been medium. When served they had incorrectly cooked both steaks (we both ordered different cuts). They agreed to recook mine (it was incorrectly cooked as medium) but the waiter insisted that my husband's, was cooked medium when it was apparent is was incorrectly cooked medium well. Needless to say the food and service was far from what I had expected....

Special thanks to our server Mari (and her colleague whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch who welcomed us and refilled waters). The service was excellent and the food was amazing! It was my first time hosting customers there and will definitely be back! Thank you again Palm team as we had a great time.
