  This review reflects the efforts of a talented staff and an extraordinary server. On October 03, 2026, we celebrated my mother-in-law’s 71st birthday at The Palm in Charlotte with a party of 17, and Jason made the evening truly special. The entire serving team did a good job, but Jason stood out for his patience, attentiveness, and responsiveness. He made everyone feel like the only guest at the table, including our energetic 13-year-old niece! Jason went above and beyond when my mother-in-law’s original drink request was unavailable. He collaborated with the bartender to create an alternative mocktail that she thoroughly enjoyed. That thoughtful, personal touch exemplified the care he put into making her birthday dinner perfect.   My wife and I recently had dinner at The Palm after the restaurant was recommended to me by one of my clients, and we are very glad we took the recommendation. I ordered the 8 oz. center-cut filet, which was cooked perfectly and was absolutely delicious. I also had the mac and cheese with bacon, and it was outstanding. My wife chose the sautéed shrimp with pasta, which was equally impressive. The shrimp was especially flavorful, and the entire dish was very well prepared. Just as impressive as the food was the hospitality. Our server was attentive and friendly, and we noticed how efficiently the servers, runners, and bussers worked together throughout the evening. General Manager Joey stopped by our table several times to make sure everything was going well, which we genuinely appreciated. We also had the pleasure of meeting Executive Chef Sean when he came to our table to introduce himself and ask how we were enjoying our meal. That personal touch made an already enjoyable evening feel even more memorable. Overall, The Palm delivered wonderful food, attentive service, and genuine hospitality. Based on our experience, it is easy to understand why it was recommended to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and will very likely return in the future.

  It's been a few years since my wife and I visited The Palm. We were NOT disappointed with our meal last night. Our server, Cynthia, was fantastic and very attentive. The manager remembered our name from check-in and visited our table of couple of times to make sure we were good. All in all a very wonderful dining experience at a fine establishment! Well done!
