  Came in for some dinner, but sort of enjoyed some light bites and a show! We came for an impromptu dinner after missing reservations at a nearby place. We ended up sitting at the bar and ordering a few drinks and some appetizers to share. The place was booming so it was a surprise we were able to dine here. It must've been fate that two chairs were opening up as we walked in. The bartenders were making drinks by the threes, they were very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We enjoyed a few appetizers and surprisingly were full before getting to order entrees. The food was so savory and mouthwatering, I cannot wait to come back to experience other items on the menu. Even my picky eater of a boyfriend was thoroughly blown away by the flavors. Try the bacon, the short rib dumplings, and the truffle mac and cheese. Sooo good!

  We ate here on a Wednesday around 6pm without a reservation. We were able to get two seats at the bar but the entire place filled up shortly after we arrived. Richard at the bar was awesome. He was funny and entertaining and the drinks were awesome. We had the Brussels, waffle cone sampler, short rib, and grouper. The food was awesome. The short rib and grouper stood out. I probably wouldn’t order the waffle cone again. The chicken, shrimp, and tuna in the waffle cones were great, but the cones took away from the flavor. Presentation was neat but I’d prefer it without the cones. Service at the bar was amazing.

  Probably one of the best dinners I've ever had!! We had the brussel sprouts, charred corn risotto, short rib dumplings, ribeye steak, and mixed berry dumpling desert. Everything was spectacular, and the steak was cooked perfectly. We didn't have reservations but was able to sit at the bar and it was actually quite nice.

  Outstanding! Two visits over three nights and the Cellar @ Duckworths staff was kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and provided out of this world service. Highly reccomend a filthy martini (out of this world blue cheese stuffed green olives), truffle fries, and Mac and cheese. Came back the second day for a cocktail and the Nutella cheesecake to top off my trip to Charlotte 🥰. Could not express how much the staff their made both evenings so special- highly reccomend!!!

  Love this place however they really need to do something about the sewer smell. When you first walk down the steps you smell It and Lord help you if you have to use the restroom. That’s where the smell is coming from. Now at an average of over $40 a plate I would think they can afford to have a steady flow of good smelling candles or the automatic mist sprayers. Heck even a reed diffuser would help. The food and service are impeccable. Just would be nicer ambience with a pleasant smell. Next time I come I’ll put my Bath and Bodyworks room spray in my purse and spray the heck out of that bathroom.
