  My first experience with this location was absolutely awful food wise, but after giving them a week and trying again, i can say for sure they've improved tenfold. Everything i order is hot and fresh, nothing that's overcooked or seemingly old. Definitely worth visiting and if you've given a bad review before, give it a second chance

  For it to be a new store you would think everything would be by the book or at least try.. I got a crunchwrap and it was about a half of teaspoon of meat.. literally all I could taste was the corn shell bc there was absolutely no meat..

  Very disappointing experience, especially for a brand-new restaurant. I visited this Taco Bell at the Northlake location (Restaurant #041-940), and the service was extremely poor. There was no ice for the soda, the chips were stale, and the Chalupa was hard and tasted like it had been sitting there for a while. Overall, the food quality and service were unacceptable. This is a new restaurant, so I expected much better. If this is the level of service and food quality you are providing from the beginning, where exactly do you expect to take this business? Management needs to seriously address the quality of the food, customer service, and basic preparation. Customers deserve much better than this.
