  No running water in the women's bathroom. Cold meal w scantily clad meat or rather a smear of meat but full of veggies. Had my chalupa remade. Bread must have come straight out of the fridge...Davis Lake Parkway.

  On Thursday April 30th i placed an order online but on the app it wouldn’t let me select “ add grilled “ for one of my bean burritos. when i arrived in the store i kindly explained to the young lady with the septum piercing my situation with my order and she was very nice about it and immediately asked the kitchen to grill one of my bean burritos. they were finishing up bagging my order and the tall darkskin manager with no hair told the young lady no and that they were already finished with the order. the young lady proceeded to say that they had the order in their hands and that it takes 17 seconds to grill the burrito. then there was another young lady she was lightskin kind of big and had braids she also added in saying oh well that they can’t do it because the order is done. they then finished putting everything in the bag mind you when i asked they were still working on my order. they then gave the order to the young lady still didn’t grill my burrito im watching this whole conversation and thing happened. and the young lady with the septum says to the manager “ so you just going to give me her order and not grill her burrito “ and he said “ no, if you wanted it grilled that bad then you can do it your self. so she says okay she’s going to come back up here and complain about her burrito. they both still showed no signs of caring. they were being very rude to the young lady especially the manager. the young lady was being so nice and helpful and as a manager you are acting this way. mind you there was no other orders. the lightskin girl kind of big was in the back on her phone eating and the darkskin tall manager was just talking loud on his phone. i then brought my burrito back up to tell them that it wasn’t grilled and they were telling the young lady like there is someone up front. and she was like yeah because yall didn’t grill her burrito what did yall think she was gonna do. the manager was already very rude to the young lady who was trying to help me and after this he got even more of an attitude. mind you they both weren’t doing anything the girl was just sitting in the back eating and he was just talking on his phone. so he grilled the burrito and handed it to the young girl with an attitude when i was right there in front of him and he could have just gave it to me and apologized like a manager should have. i come to this location very often and the young lady with the septum is always so helpful and so sweet. she has great customer service. but, everytime i come here that manager is always talking loud on his phone, and the girl is always in the back eating. i am very disappointed with davis lakes managers. they are always so rude for no reason and do not like to work. i would never recommend coming to this location ever.

  best taco bell i’ve ever been to. food is great, staff is attentive, no notes. great music too. incredible experience. i drive the extra 10 min to go here instead of the university one. the food looks like it does in the commercials, and they’ve never messed up my order.

  Call me crazy but I have tried every single Taco Bell in Charlotte. This is the BEST one. I usually get vegetarian substitutions on my food and this has been the only taco bell that has consistently made it correctly. Every other TB makes mistakes with food. As a vegetarian this is the best option if you don't want your food to be messed up.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Taco Bell. What should have been a simple order turned into an unnecessary argument. I ordered a large Nacho Fries, which I understood to come with two sides of cheese, especially considering that even the smaller size includes one. Instead, I was met with resistance and an unwillingness to acknowledge what seems like a basic expectation of value and consistency. As a paying customer, I don’t appreciate being made to feel like I’m asking for something unreasonable, especially when I’m simply expecting what matches the portion size I ordered. It’s frustrating and frankly unfair, particularly when I’m ordering for my children and trying to ensure they get what they’re supposed to. Customer service should be about listening, resolving concerns respectfully, and making things right—not arguing with customers over something so minor. This experience felt dismissive and unprofessional, and it left a bad impression. I hope management takes a closer look at how situations like this are handled, because right now, it feels like customers are not being treated with the respect they deserve. So you can assume to know my food would have not been as advertised. Sad location
