- STSaul TolentinoMay 2, 20261.0I had a really frustrating experience at this Taco Bell. We waited in the drive-thru line for a long time, only to finally be told that the drive-thru system was down. It would have been helpful if there was a sign or someone informing customers earlier instead of making people sit and wait. When we went inside, the girl at the register had a nasty attitude and was not welcoming at all. Customer service makes a big difference, especially when there’s already an inconvenience. Overall, the experience was disappointing and definitely needs improvement in communication and customer service.

And nobody says they're doing the buzz in you're just expected to know what to do and that you have to listen for it Not going back....
