  team absolutely crushes it every single time. As a 10-year bar industry veteran, I know a strong crew when I see one. I recently moved to the Arboretum area, and this team delivers every time my family and I stop by. Great service, attention to detail, and the staff is always on point. I work for a local company myself, and I know how hard it is to maintain consistency day after day. Corporate really needs to recognize this specific location—they’re getting the job done with top-tier service and consistent quality across the board.

  I honestly do not understand how this location is still operating the way it does. It is constantly either “dining room closed, drive thru only” or “drive thru closed, dining room only,” which makes no sense for customers trying to grab a quick meal. The wait times are ridiculous no matter which option is open, and service never seems organized. On top of that, they are constantly out of things like the correct cup sizes, the actual drink you ordered, sauces, and other basic items that should regularly be stocked. They always have a “We’re Hiring” sign up, but the environment does not exactly feel welcoming or well managed enough to attract or keep employees. This location seriously needs better management, staffing, organization, and consistency.

  I waited almost a damn hour for a Diablo nugget box. They then lost my food while I was waiting on fries. Almost the entire staff had no idea what was going on with my food, but at least one guy understood and quickly, refunded, and offered to still make the food. I opted not to take it. Its fake food so waiting that long was Ridiculous. Showed up at 4:50pm and didn’t leave until 5:25pm all while being told it’s almost ready.

  Kelvin (i hope i spelled his name correctly), took my order on a night where this location was completely slammed. I waited in line for a long time but rather beating with frustration and irritation, Kelvin went above and beyond customer service recommendations! I originally wanted a Baja blast but it was not available at that time. Not only did Kelvin offer me an alternative (the midnight Mountain Dew) but also let me try it before buying! I could definitely tell that the team was exhausted and overwhelmed, but that did not stop this crew from ensuring that their orders were complete and accurate! I personally think Kelvin for his kindness and excellent customer service

  Used to frequent this taco bell, but it has completely fallen off the cliff in regards to service and quality. I have tried coming here multiple times in the past few months, drive through seems to always be down. Go inside, you're going to wait a while even without any customers. Wish I had a good taco bell close, but it's worth driving twice as far to go to Carolina Place.
