  Pros: Location was very clean and the wait was acceptable for lunch rush. Cashier, (older gentleman) was very friendly. Cons: I've never been made to feel like I was stealing a sandwich by asking for ingredients until now. I received a few scowls, disgusted looks, and a look back at the menu just by answering what ingredients I wanted. I guess I was just supposed to have said a menu number and not modify anything or build my own? I remained cordial and just moved on. The sandwich fell well short of the level of expectation normally set at many other subways in terms of substance. It's a shame because the resturant is in a prime location.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !! The customer service is terrible & the way they handle your food is careless. As I was ordering I told the worker (Indian lady) I wanted Italian bread & she throw it on counter.. I wanted mayo on the bread before placing the meat. She said “that’s not how that works I put meat first then I move down the line” I told her that’s not how I want my sandwich &she continued to place meat on the sandwich. I left & told her I don’t want it. To have someone tell me I can’t have my food the way I want is very unprofessional. To the owner you need NEW STAFF !!!
