You mean to tell me you’re open til 2a but when a customer arrives at 11:15 your ice cream machines are down for the night? Make it make sense.
This isn’t even the first instance of the laziness at this location. Their ice cream machine was “down” for over a year at one point. Not to mention how they act if you put in a mobile order.
Management needs to just raze and pave this location. Something awesome could go here instead.

They’d be better off installing a robot, because the people working here are incredibly slow and provide terrible service. It’s as if they don’t even love their jobs. Waiting over 20 minutes in a line of only three cars is simply unacceptable. All in all, it’s the worst drive-thru service I’ve ever experienced.
My order was simple, just s large cheddar jalapeno popper, yes? George provided excellent service. Not only was my food paid for already, not a cent left my pocket... But he even made sure to give me a fresh batch. Very polite and great customer services tonight!
I have never left a bad review, but my experience today needs to be shared. I pulled up to Sonic and I was in the drive thru at 4:57pm. There were two cars in front of me. My order was not taken until 5:17pm and I did not get my food until 5:26pm. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo with fries(crinkle cut) a drink. When I finally received my order, the fries were very, very salty, were fried too hard and were lukewarm. My crispy chicken sandwich had a dark, overcooked chicken patty and hard/tough(like stale) bread. It should not take 30 minutes to get a sandwich and fries at a fast food restaurant, and when you get the food it should be hot(or at least really warm), not overcooked. I will never go to this Sonic again.

It was absolutely horrible!!! We waited for over an hour for our order to get taken and our food. The person at the speaker didn't even complete our order when he took it at the speaker, we were told to hold on, it'll be just moment after giving him 3 of the 4 orders for our purchase. We waited 25 minutes at the speaker and I got irritated and asked, hello, is anyone there? And no one answered, so I had to get out of my friend's vehicle. Go up to the drive through window and get the attention of the person taking the orders. Even though there was a car at the drive thru at the time, I got his attention and told us just to pull around to window, we again, had to give him our order 3 different times and he still got it wrong and charged us separately for everything, except for 1 combo. He (George) refused to give us a refund or even a partial refund and kept forgetting our drinks. I do not recommend going here after 6 or 7 o'clock in the evening.
