  I tell you what, this place always seems to be short staffed and out of cup holders. Long wait times for orders. The food isnt all that great, although, the value is there. I am a fan of their outdoor benches though.

  Waited for over 20 minutes just for the tots to be hard, burger missing then replaced with one that had things we had asked off from. Definitely will not be coming g back

  I genuinely thought the restaurant was closed when I first arrived. It looked completely dead. When I used the red button to order, it took a while for someone to come on to take my order. After I ordered, I let them know I was using a giftcard. They said someone would come to get it. It took forever. Then when someone did come, they just walked up to my car and looked at me. No greeting, no words at all. I gave them the gift card and my debit card to pay the remaining balance and they just walked away. 10 mins later, I finally get my food and debit card. Again, no words till I said thank you. There was a 5 second pause before the employee said "youre welcome." At least my order was correct.

  I wish I could give negative stars. The worst service and most inconsiderate staff ever. I ordered and then they came to the car questioning my order and I told them again. Then it was wrong after a 30+ minute wait. I told “Precious” and she just walked away. After 10 more minutes I asked was I going to get correct order and she said “it’s gonna be a while we’re a little backed up”. Excuse me? After 40 minutes and YOU got the order wrong? The terrible service is one thing but the staffs terrible attitude is absolutely unacceptable.
