  Everytime I order a cherry limeade with extra cherries it’s literally never done right. The staff is lazy, rude and seem to have no idea how to make Sonic’s signature items. I either get a cup of lime juice or a cup of syrup. Nobody answers the phone. This is ridiculous

  Went there on 7/30 6pm lady at the drive tru had attitude. I canceled what I was going to ordered and left.

  I honestly don't like leaving bad reviews, but this experience was really disappointing. I ordered a Footlong Quarter Pound Coney and Chili Cheese Tots online around 8:30 p.m. When I got to the restaurant, the drive-thru line was completely empty, but I still didn't get my food until around 9:15 p.m. After waiting that long, I got home only to find that the Coney was cold and didn't even seem fully cooked, so I couldn't eat it. The Chili Cheese Tots were so hard they were basically rocks and were impossible to eat. The only things that were actually good were the 5-piece Crispy Tenders and the Blue Raspberry Lemonade. What made it even more frustrating was that the restaurant didn't seem short-staffed. I even got out of my car to ask what was taking so long and saw several employees in the back. Waiting that long is one thing, but waiting that long just to get cold, inedible food is really frustrating. I expected a lot better, and this experience honestly makes me not want to come back to this Sonic location.

  I recently visited and found the experience quite uninviting from the start. My order was taken by Tray (T6), who came across as rude and rushed me to complete it. When I asked for a large, my entire order was placed as medium without any explanation. This left me feeling underwhelmed and rushed rather than welcomed. I hope staff can focus on courtesy and accuracy, especially when handling drink sizes, to improve future visits.
