  The lady taking my order was rude couldn’t even let me finish a sentence and the service could have been better once we got the food we were ready to eat the fries are hard and cold won’t be coming back to this sonic.

  Avoid this place. Service is terrible. I dont expect much from fast food but this place doesn't even make an attempt at Service. Staff and management were rude and extremely incompetent.

  We decided to eat outside and pressed the button and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to take our order then when we placed our order i was met with an awful attitude because I didn’t order fast enough then when I did my order a little faster they didn’t get my drink so i had to reorder that and wait for it and by the time they got my drink my family was pretty much finished with their food and mine was cold and the kids meal food was cold and had no toy. Just a very disappointing experience.

  I paid with a $20 bill the other night for a $11.22 order and was given only $8 back instead of the correct $8.78. No one asked if I was okay with the difference—they simply kept the remaining 78¢. I understand it’s a small amount, but it’s the principle. If I were short 78¢ when paying, I’m sure I wouldn’t be given my food without paying the full amount. Customers should receive the correct change unless they agree otherwise.
