    The guest service agents were awesome which is the most important part of any restaurant experience for me. Those young ladies either met or returned every smile. I waited a couple minutes but it was worth it because the food was hot when I got home. I will certainly be back more often if this is consistent. Thank you all who worked that day. P.S. there was a HUGE graduation party there also.

    Normally it's always a good experience when coming here, but this was the second time where I've been put on hold made it to the restaurant and still be on hold. Today though I figured it being close to lunch time maybe that was the reason for being on hold so long. I was right across the street when i placed the call so it wasn't like i had far to travel to get there.. When I get there and walk in no customers are at the front counter or the to-go counter where I went. I told the cashier I would've ordered over the phone but I'm still on hold. Well they weren't busy the phones were laying on the counter and they were standing around talking to each. The cashier helping me did say did anyone know about the call on hold well he's here now...nobody said anything and I know who answered the phone was a male and he was the only male behind the counter when I walked in today May 22 2026 around 11:15am.. My order was finally taken but no one apologized for leaving me on hold and not being busy. I can understand being busy but putting someone on hold and not being busy is different.. now if it was a mistake thats understandable but no apology thats not cool.
