  The man taking the orders on Saturday was so rude by making a comment about my daughter’s order being “a lot of food”. Keep your comments to yourself and do your job. She cancelled her order because of him.

  Absolutely horrible experience. I placed an online order and the fries were clearly listed as a side, but when I got there the owner wanted to get smart and argue with me like I was lying. I showed the owner (Andy) my receipt and he didn’t care. Instead of simply checking the order or fixing the problem, he caught an attitude and acted extremely rude and disrespectful. Andy said to me “ Am I supposed to read your mind on what to give you” very rude man. There was no customer service, no professionalism, and no accountability. If you’re going to run a business, learn how to speak to people properly. I will never spend my money here again and I strongly recommend others don’t either. I even told him I used to work as a general manager before and when that happens to keep repeat business you suppose to give the food to the customer which was only $2 and then I would of came back which of gave him more money then $2. So he lost business for that. I also contacted customer service regarding this matter. Since I’m a high school teacher I will go to work on Monday and tell all my students that often go to this restaurant and co workers not to visit this restaurant ever. So word a mouth can cause your business sales to decrease. You shouldn’t be an owner acting like that. Worst service I’ve had in a long time! Update: I spoken to my students and found out that 2 of my students work there and said the owner is very rude. So Andy word of mouth is very effective. I was also told you had a staff meeting 2 weeks ago and you informed the staff sales are decreasing. Well I see why sales are decreasing. Its your attitude and the staff dont care to provide good customer service if you act like that. Also my students said you are very rude too I quote “he is passive aggressive “.

  I Bought 2 grilled chicken salads and a pita combo which was very disappointing. Not only we didn’t received all the items we had paid for but the chicken was dry and old made me sick. I called to see if there was something they could do for the bad experience and the fact that paid $48 dlls. Manager said they couldn’t where I had to return the items and to get it made again, (by this time I had threw it in the trash, no I won’t be back, will take my business somewhere else. Very disappointed.

  Very racist rude place ... I come up there to get my cravings often because I'm pregnant, every time I go in there it's like they give me a attitude and uncomfortable look ! Then when I sit down to eat everyone else gets checked on but me they look at me like I don't belong there lol . If my baby didn't crave it I wouldn't come trust . Then a employee bumped into me ! Didn't say excuse me she just looked at me !! Mind you I'm pregnant lol this location is terrible.
