  I had such a great experience at Showmars thanks to the amazing customer service from Maddie and Katy! From the moment we walked in, they were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They made sure everything was just right with our order and went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. It’s not every day you come across people who clearly enjoy what they do and treat customers like they matter, but Maddie and Katy absolutely do. Their positive attitudes and attention to detail made our visit stand out. Because of them, we’ll definitely be coming back. Showmars is lucky to have such awesome employees!

  This review is based on an observation, not from a personal issue that I experienced there was a customer that received an order where her food was cold and did not display what the menu showed as far as the pieces of fish that she paid for she took the food back and requested a refund. She was then told that they do not give a refund. There was no sign specifying that refunds were not given. So she asked for a manager. It took a while for the manager to appear when said Manager ( Mattie per name tag) appeared. She was on the phone. She spoke to the customer and told the customer no refund would be given. But she would cook the food and give her another plate. The customer did not want another plate. She just wanted a refund. She was told that she would not get a refund and then the manager called security. Security is not a part of ShowMars, but he did not even ask what the issue was, but instead told her that she needed to leave the premises. Shortly thereafter police were called. This all took place because a manager did not follow the golden rule of business, which is the customer is always right. Now we all know that this isn’t always the case. In this situation; I feel that a refund warranted. Why not give a refund have they forgotten that there are so many other choices to dine? The employees here need to understand that they too will be a customer at some point. Good customer service doesn’t cost any money. The resolution of this was that another customer saw what was going on and stepped up to de-escalate the situation. He offered to buy the young lady another plate, and the manager said no we are not serving her😳 he said this is what I’m ordering, and I am going to give it to her at his insistence, she finally made the order and he gave it to the young lady and then as I understood it, he gave her a (undeserving) tip. With me being a customer service manager, I thought this totally unacceptable. Not a good look for the brand at all. Seeing how this played out has made me wonder if I would choose ShowMars as my dining preference in the future.
