But the old sticky aged restaurant smell that hit my nose upon entering tells me that the amount of people standing around doing nothing could have definitely been doing some detailed cleaning. I know busy spells come in waves and maybe I just caught a slow moment but I dont see how this place can possibly be turning a profit. Food was ok my cucumbers on my salad were cut too thick. Wasn't my worst experience.But they need to fix that odor.

Having lived in Charlotte fifteen years ago, your restaurant was always my favorite place to eat, and I remain a great admirer of your food. However, my experience during this visit was quite disappointing. The individual working at the front desk was not knowledgeable about the menu and was both uncertain and snippy when I asked clarifying questions. Furthermore, my order was initially prepared incorrectly. While a manager was eventually able to assist in correcting the receipt, the staff member who bagged my order threw the food inside the bag, which caused condiments to leak everywhere. As I was leaving Charlotte immediately after this visit, the experience was a frustrating conclusion to my trip. While I value the brand and will continue to visit your other locations, I do not intend to return to this specific branch in the future.
