What started off as a bad experience ended up being a great experience. The food was really good but it took forever for them to have the food delivered to the table. But the manager and the waiter kept letting us know what was going on and even took care of the bill for us, just to make sure that we enjoyed the experience and would be able to come back many times.People write reviews about restaurants often putting in negative information, but I think sometimes it's good to highlight the positive information when a restaurant takes ownership of the experience and allows you to maybe come back another day and spend more money with them.

One of the best dining experiences that I’ve had in a long time. Great food great service. There’s honestly nothing bad. I have to say about this restaurant. It’s so beautiful in there and so relaxing. We are definitely going to come back to this location. This is a place you’re gonna want to go to every week.

We went to RH for brunch to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and it was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we sat down, everything felt special. Our table was in a beautiful spot, but honestly, I don’t think there’s a bad table anywhere here. The atmosphere is gorgeous, and the couch seating was VERY comfortable definitely one of the comfiest restaurant seats I’ve ever had! We started with the half seafood tower, and wow! Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. The lobster was a little chewy for my taste, but I also don’t typically eat lobster cold, so that may just be a personal preference. The charcuterie was AMAZING. Oh my goodness the strawberry preserves with the brie cheese were so, so good. That combination alone was worth it! We also tried the ribeye sandwich, which had wonderful flavor. It was a little fattier than I personally prefer, but the taste was fantastic. Overall, we had such a lovely experience, and I would definitely come back. I already know I want to try the potatoes next time, along with so many other things on the menu. RH was the perfect place to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and I’m already looking forward to our next visit! Also very fun to look in the RH store afterwards!

We came here for lunch with friends, but unfortunately our experience at the restaurant was very disappointing. My friends received all of their meals on time, but my order was simply forgotten. After my friends had already finished eating, I had to wait another 20 minutes before my meal was finally served. By that point, my mood was ruined, I had lost my appetite, and I didn’t want to make my friends wait while I ate alone. We spoke with the manager, who apologized and removed my meal from the bill, which I appreciated. However, I still had to pay for my drink, even though the overall dining experience had already been spoiled. They also gave us some cookies to take home as an apology. I appreciate that the management tried to make things right, but this situation should never have happened in the first place. The most important part of dining out is attentive service and making every guest feel valued, and unfortunately, that was not our experience.

I can't actually review the food at RH Rooftop because we never made it up there, and that's the whole story. Maybe this is my fault, seriously, as perhaps there is a certain way RH is different and I wasn't aware for dinner. We had an 8:15 reservation. What followed was 30+ minutes of waiting downstairs in the furniture showroom with no real system in place to manage or engage the people waiting. No drinks offered, no bar setup, I checked in with host, but no follow-up at all with us. Just groups of 50+ people scattered across the floor furniture, a lot of them younger crowds taking photos for social media. We were told to wait to be let up via elevator when our table was ready. After some time, I asked if they'd text us when it was time so we could step out, and were told yes. So we walked across the street to another restaurant's bar to have a drink and wait comfortably. A perfectly reasonable solution, but something seems wrong with having to go to a competitor for drinks to wait. We never received a text. We ended up just having dinner where we were. Here's the thing, the food may very well be great. The rooftop may be stunning. I genuinely don't know. However, a restaurant experience begins the moment you arrive, and the experience of waiting past your reservation time with no follow-up communication, no hospitality to speak of, just hosts in black suits with ear pieces, and ultimately a missed text that cost them the table didn't feel like a place focused on the customer. It also struck me as a real missed opportunity, all those waiting patrons and not a single drink being sold. Maybe we caught an off night.... but first impressions are hard to shake, and ours never got a chance to improve.
