  ​We cashed out at 3:11 PM and didn’t receive our food until 3:37 PM. To make matters worse, multiple people who ordered after us received their food well before us. When my husband asked why it was taking so long, the employee gave him an attitude and claimed they were "baking bread"—even though other customers were actively getting their food right in front of us. ​The value for the price is completely lacking. We paid $55 for three small hoagies and one regular size, and regular 20 oz bottled drinks were over $3 each. The food itself was mediocre at best, and they completely botched the order—my husband asked for extra mayo and got absolutely none. ​On top of the terrible service, the cleanliness is unacceptable. There were only a handful of tables inside, and every single one of them was dirty, forcing us to eat elsewhere. ​This place is overpriced, dirty, and poorly managed. We will never come back and absolutely do not recommend it to anyone.

  Came in, put our orders in, waited 15-20 minutes for our food and had to ask where it was. The 3 people after us plus some others came in and all got their food before us. When asked, I was lied to when the manager said they were all online orders. She looked around and saw our food sitting to the side, and went and asked who the food was for. She then grabbed it and brought it to us. Food was fine, but service was trash

  As someone born and raised in north Jersey and am not unfamiliar with good sandwiches. I stopped by this sandwich shop on a Friday night. Was really impressed. Had a delicious sandwich. I would recommend to anyone passing through the area.

  We now go twice a week.... That speaks volume!!! The audie and the cheesesteak are the ones we've falling in love with. But we will work our way through the menu for sure :). Even the cheesesteaks I had in Philly doesn't compare... yes I said it!! They are a bit pricey but they have plenty of specials and the quality compensates.

  Loved Primo Hoagies Charlotte. The veggie sandwich and their fresh bread is so tasty! One of the best in Charlotte!
