  Got a Philly cheese steak from here. It was good. Wish they had a bigger variety of toppings to add.

  Primo Hoagies in, Jersey Mike's out. Great bread, great meats, great variety of sandwiches. However, I warn you to order ahead of time...there's usually only two employees and it takes a while to cut the meats for each sandwich.

  Went in to purchase just deli meat. I have done this before with no issue. They had no help and the girl at register was new and she was very nice and tied to help me. The person making the sandwiches has been there a long time ax be even she asked him for help he was annoyed and told her to charge be for a sub!! Price was over $10!! After watching him wipe sweat off his head and then his nose and sniffling I decided I didn’t want anything from there after all!! Very poor customer service and no help!!

  From Philadelphia, travel back and forth often . The ingredients are spot on , but there is something going on with the seeded roll . It's definitely not the same , way to thin and crunchy , like a baguette. Look at the pictures on the posters in the store , roll is puffier and more dense , look at the air pockets in the promo pics . This isn't the same roll

  I’d like to leave very fair reviews. I have now tried this place three times and each time has been a different experience. The first time I went, the gentleman behind the counter was absolutely amazing. He reminded me of a true New Yorker. It felt a little bit like home. Second time. I went good customer service good sandwich. Everything was pleasant. The final time I went as I am choosing not to go back there to spend my money I witnessed somebody who I assume was the owner because he kept going in and out of the office give a Customer an attitude because they asked for additional oil and vinegar. Practice, unsafe sanitary measures by not changing his gloves while after touching the cash register, and then getting upset when asked if he could wash his hands and put on fresh gloves not being a Karen but food safety is very important after giving me my food he didn’t even wanna hand me a bag to put the extra items that I had purchased in not only that I picked up a cold item and the price was different. I made them aware of it, and then the price was one thing and instead of correcting the price it was printed on the label. They chose to pull it off the shelf instead of honoring the price that was on the label. Unfortunately, I specialize in corporate catering, and after today, this would not be a restaurant that I Recommend everybody can pass an opening inspection, but can you continue to keep the same standards?
