- LLLS1115Jul 31, 20231.0I place a delivery order on the app the day before for a work lunch presentation at a doctor’s office. 20 min past the requested delivery time, I called & was transferred to a customer service center, where the rep had to try to contact the PH location I ordered from. While waiting on hold for an additional 15 mins, I decided to get in my car & drive up to the location… by the time I got there, the pizza was out for delivery. I was 40 mins late starting my presentation. Also, to mention, the pizza was barely warm by the time we got it and extremely dry.
