  I place a delivery order on the app the day before for a work lunch presentation at a doctor’s office. 20 min past the requested delivery time, I called & was transferred to a customer service center, where the rep had to try to contact the PH location I ordered from. While waiting on hold for an additional 15 mins, I decided to get in my car & drive up to the location… by the time I got there, the pizza was out for delivery. I was 40 mins late starting my presentation. Also, to mention, the pizza was barely warm by the time we got it and extremely dry.

  Called in an order today, decided to try the melt, so we got the pepperoni and the buffalo chicken ones. The person who took my order was polite, but there's where the service stopped. Had my daughter pick it up and she was barely acknowledged and then left to bag the food herself, while one of the employees was loudly cussing about something or other, right there in front of her. The food was inedible, unless you prefer your food burnt and dry. I can't speak for any other location here in Charlotte, but the Eastway location really needs to get it together and at the very least, maintain some semblance of professionalism while there are paying customers within earshot.
