  One of the worst store I have ever been. The staff was so lazy and unhygienic. I saw her making the pizza with her bare hands she put all the toppings and stuff. Made us wait for 30mins and i guess we were the only people there. The staff was fighting and yelling among them self god knows for what. When asked for the dipping sauce they gave us the pizza base sauce. Totally waste of money and horrible experience

  Came in today and ordered dinner for my family. I was not greeted at all. Okay cool…having a bad day. Simply asked if I can get the 3 sauces that were ordered and was given nothing but attitude “did you check the box” a simple I placed the sauce in the box would have been just fine. Placing sauce in a box of hot food should be a no go anyway for sanitation reasons by the way. I can understand having a bad day but taking it out on others for no reason is unacceptable. Will never step foot in this establishment again! Not a good representation of you guys company. Plz go touch grass with that attitude

  I ordered food on May 22 at 7:30 for delivery. I never received order and call the store because it has been almost 2 hours. The young gave me a 1800 number that was extremely too long and when I tried to call back no one picked up so I had to use the chat to help me with a refund, but yet I still haven’t received it , I have tried to call the store even today and did not get an answer and every time I call the story it gives me customer service first who transferred me over. The customer service is lackluster, and I understand why this door has the reviews that it has because they don’t try to help the customers, but are OK with taking our money

  I have to give a MASSIVE shoutout to the team at Pizza Hut on Bundy and Troy. These absolute legends remade our entire pizza order at the EXACT moment they were closing — all because TERRANCE STOLE OUR PIZZA. Yes. You read that correctly. TERRANCE STOLE OUR PIZZA. Not “it got misplaced.” Not “someone accidentally grabbed it.” TERRANCE STOLE OUR PIZZA. And despite it being closing time, the staff didn’t hesitate to help us out. They were unbelievably kind, patient, and understanding even after dealing with the chaos caused by TERRANCE STEALING OUR PIZZA. Bundy and Troy deserve employee-of-the-century awards for staying late and making fresh pizzas for us when they absolutely didn’t have to. Most places would’ve said “sorry, we’re closed,” but instead they stepped up like heroes in the middle of a pizza-related crime scene created by TERRANCE. The replacement pizza was hot, fresh, and honestly tasted even better knowing it was made by people who cared enough to fix the situation after TERRANCE STOLE OUR PIZZA. If corporate sees this: GIVE BUNDY AND TROY A RAISE. And Terrance… if you’re reading this… why did you steal our pizza?
