  It is now 7:43 PM on 5/11/2026. I placed my order online at 6:17 PM. I called the store to find out where my order is and no one answered the phone. I called customer service and they told me that the store was closed. How are you able to take money from people when the store is closed? Now I’m out of $30 and have nothing to eat.

  Was given the wrong order and I went to let them know. I was given a credit & I used it once and did not use full credit. Went back to finish using credit another day & was told that it was not available because I only get 1 time to use it. Wrote corporate & the store. Never got a response. Very unprofessional

  Restaurant will not answer the phone after I placed an order online.I am disabled and unable to get to the store and needed to change my order from carryout to delivery. $25 wasted. I NEVER GOT THROUGH!!!

  First of all I ordered on the app , from out of town so ordered from the hotel was gonna have delivery saying a 30 to 40 min wait , I decided to pick up git there after they said my food be done walked in the fello said he didn't even start it , be 20 min , 30 min later another 7 mins , after that got in car checked my order and order of bread sticks and cheesticks missing went in they said some mumbo jumbo excuse said another 7 min but it will be fresh , smh , they don't have it together all they do is keep looking at screen , and the glass on the door gross , all the door dash drivers same thing 20 mins as I sit here waiting again again again

  They r so rude. I order pizza like an hour ago from doordash. My dasher was here in 15 min but these people don’t wanna serve dashers.
