- DPDamesha PortisSep 22, 20261.0Service is horrible Ordered my pizza at 11am for a 4:15pm pickup Get there at 4:15 the worker states she just put it in the oven because she is the only one working. Please hire more staff this has happened in multiple occasions. Unacceptable. I only come to this one because it’s closest to my house but I will go to another one further away to receive better service
- MGMatt GardnerSep 14, 20261.0Tuesday 9-14-26. Ordered three large pizza's to be delivered for a business. We had 5 more pizza's that would have been ordered if the first order wasn't a disaster. (We place another order with with another company) First order all three came medium. And all toppings on all three pizza's are wrong. Called the store and it took forever for someone to answer the phone. Once they did in a professional tone I explained to them my order issue, the guy said, "o this is the call center" let me transfer you to the store. Stayed on hold for 20 minutes. Of Corse we all know this is BS. We just moved in the area and needed a pizza place to order monthly for our meetings but it will not be The HUT on Sunset Rd Charlotte. They must have a zero score by now. Not sure how they are staying open. 2.1 before this review.

- NLNeil LovetteSep 13, 20264.0They could have better smiles and customer service but other than that the food was okay you have a little weight so if you're in a rush this is not the place you want to go
