  Ordered boneless wings, these dudes gave me some little stupid chicken balls. When I asked them why, they said that their team told them to. That corporate was trying to save money! RIDICULOUS!

  We went in to see what we want to order we we’re indecisive, and Brandon helped us through the process. He was very informative and had great customer service.

  Would give it 0 stars. I order two of the 16 piece of the boneless wings and this is what was given to me in one of my orders. They look like mini meatballs and not the usual boneless wings I order before. On top of that drenched disgustedly in sweet chili sauce when I asked for honey bbq. Called the store and Brandon was so rude. Telling me I couldn’t get a refund for an online apply pay order because I had to come in-person and look for the GM in the morning. When I asked what her name was so I know if I’m asking for the right person in the morning he tells me that he’s not going to tell me and proceeds to hang up the phone before I finish speaking. Horrible service.

  We ordered two pizzas around 730PM--one pizza was delivered practically raw and the other was a basic cheese with the wrong crust. We called to see if they could redeliver a cooked pizza. The assistant manager called the GM and they said that I could call in the morning to figure out how to solve the issue, I responded that I was ordering dinner and not breakfast and it was unacceptable to deliver a raw pizza. He put me back on hold again and never came back. Called from another phone and was on hold for 15 minutes and I'm pretty sure they were screening our calls. Called from ANOTHER number (different area code) and they answered immediately. Pizza was redelivered almost 2 hours later.... STILL UNDERCOOKED. So we had to throw in the oven for it to be remotely edible. The worst customer service.

  I had a really good experience at Pizza Hut recently. When I walked in, the place was clean and had a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The staff greeted me right away and were friendly without being over the top, which made a good first impression. I ordered a pan pizza, and it didn’t take long before my food came out hot and fresh. The crust was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with plenty of cheese and toppings. You could tell it was made right and not rushed. Everything tasted exactly how you’d want it to. What stood out the most was the service. The employees checked on me to make sure everything was good and brought refills without me having to ask. It made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. Overall, it was more than just grabbing food—it was a smooth, comfortable experience with good service and quality food, which is why it stuck with me.
