  I had a great experience at Pizza Hut thanks to Ms. Anita. She was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. She made sure my order was accurate, served everything promptly, and provided excellent customer service with a positive attitude. Her dedication to ensuring customers have a pleasant dining experience truly stands out. Ms. Anita is a valuable member of the Pizza Hut team, and I appreciate the outstanding service she provided. I look forward to visiting again.

  I ordered a meat lover's pizza from Pizza Hut add mushrooms I also received the pizza and it had onions on it I'm allergic to and so I reported the pizza and they remade it and sent it back out which had onions on it for the second time my husband called and made a complaint she was really rude with him on the phone the manager she told him to bring the pizza back up there personally that she knew that the pizza was made she seen the pizza made there was no possible way that onions was on my pizza and there was my husband took the pizza back up there she was very rude very disrespectful and proceeded to tell him that she had a husband I don't know if that was a threat or what but the manager that works today on June 29th is very rude so I recommend and no one eat at this restaurant at all

  I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent order experience. Associate Brandon (employee number 788318) took my order under ticket number 0044. Unfortunately, the order was entered incorrectly. I ordered bone-in wings, but the order was entered as boneless wings. When delievered, not only was the order incorrect, but the boneless wings were also not fully cooked. I spoke with the manager on duty (Dazja), who stated that she was unable to resolve the situation and advised me to call back on Monday to speak with the head manager, Anita. I requested that the incorrect order be replaced with the bone-in wings that I originally ordered. However, this request was denied. I was also told that I would need to return the wings, which created an additional inconvenience, especially since the food was improperly prepared and not what I ordered. As a result, I left without receiving the meal I ordered, without a replacement meal, and without a refund. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I spent both my time and money and ultimately left without being able to eat. I would appreciate a prompt review of this matter and a resolution, including a refund and any appropriate corrective action to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future for future clients. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  Never in my whole life have I ever since dealing with Pizza Hut had to pay for a 12 wings and get no ranch or blue cheese unless I pay an extra $0.99 the young man that served me was Brandon he had a very nasty disposition he was very unprofessional and he really charged us I wanted to charge us 99 cent for ranch of blue cheese after we purchased $47 for from merchandise from this establishment. This happened on June 10th at 9:10 p.m. my receipt number is 78 8-318 I don't know if that's my receipt number or if that's his employee number however I did not appreciate the way I was handled and the way I was served my ticket number is 0092 I just found it thank you I hope this is taking care of because this is ridiculous 99 cent for ranch or blue cheese after spending $47.06 along with the shotty customer service no definitely not a repeat offender for me I will not be back
