  I love this location. The customer service is superb and the man that works in the afternoons is a just genuine good person like before Covid! He makes me smile as soon as I hit the door and he treats everyone like that! He needs to be a manager!! The pizzas are delicious too. Going by today😊

  We had pizza today for lunch at work that came from y’all and the pizza wasn’t nothing but cheese and bread with no sauce at all making that pizza drier than the Sierra Desert when you took a bite. Y’all are absolutely the worst pizza company ever serving dried out pizza to your customers

  Ordered a thin crust and gave me a hand tossed I then tried to call them then it directed me to a call center and then they said they would connect me to the store and they never picked the phone up

  Absolutely terrible service! The app said it would take 15 minutes to make a simple large pepperoni pizza. Put the order in at 7:02, at 7:36 the app said the pizza was finally done. I go in and ask, the lady checks the heat box and said it’s not ready yet. I wait another 15 minutes (10 minutes before they close) and ask again. She looks in the heat box again and there’s my order. It was sitting in there for who knows how long and the lady didn’t apologize, didn’t try to rectify the situation, just handed it to me like there was no issue. They need to do better!
