  Ordered a thin crust and gave me a hand tossed I then tried to call them then it directed me to a call center and then they said they would connect me to the store and they never picked the phone up

  Absolutely terrible service! The app said it would take 15 minutes to make a simple large pepperoni pizza. Put the order in at 7:02, at 7:36 the app said the pizza was finally done. I go in and ask, the lady checks the heat box and said it’s not ready yet. I wait another 15 minutes (10 minutes before they close) and ask again. She looks in the heat box again and there’s my order. It was sitting in there for who knows how long and the lady didn’t apologize, didn’t try to rectify the situation, just handed it to me like there was no issue. They need to do better!

  Ordered 1 pizza and wings around 4:30 for delivery at 6. I was away at a baseball game, and was having them delivered for my son at home. Leaving the game at 5:45 the order was still showing "received" on the app and website. I figured I'll stop by on the way home and see if there was an error. Tried calling, but no one answered. 10+ people in the lobby, everyone is clearly irritated. Woman at the counter checks on my order and she looks at me like I'm an idiot and says "the reason why it hasn't been delivered yet is because it hasn't been mad yet." Oh, is that why? LOL "We only have one person making pizzas." (on a Saturday night) I get that they were busy and short-handed, but she was truly stunned that I was so stupid to even ask why. I walked out, called the "store number" that forwards to a national call center and canceled the order. Papa John's on Shopton had the order ready in 15 minutes. (not that I'm a fan of PJ, but at least they're competent) The store itself is clearly not well-taken care of. Just look at the rating and that's all you need to know. If you're really craving Pizza Hut, find a different location. Otherwise, on this side of town the Papa John's on Shopton Rd is very fast and reliable or Hawthorne's, Luigi's, or get the Sicilian from Portofino's in Ayrsley (trust).

  Be careful when you place an order here!! Honestly this location and staff deserve to be in a course for customer service and efficiency at the workplace. When I get there on the app said that my order was ready, however it was not; many customers were waiting and some of them had 30 minutes already. The cashier was rude to everyone, and the cooks were extremely slow. I can said that we were 12 people waiting for our orders inside the store. The guy who was making the pizza walked passed the front and I saw he had cheese on his bare hands which means HE DOES NOT WEAR GLOVES TO PREPARE THE PIZZA!!! After 35 min of waiting i could get my order. There is room for improvement, hopefully management can do something.

  Absolutely the worst establishment. I didn't receive my complete order. Also, paid a delivery fee and highest tip asked on the site as a percentage. I wanted thin crust, cut in squares. They sent hand toss, triangle. Also, i asked for Italian sausage, hamburger, jalapeños, with olives on half of pizza. They sent jalapeños on half and olives on half with no jalapeños. I called all available phone numbers could never reach the store itself. When you call corporate you have to fill out a damn form. No one to.speak to. When I notified the delivery driver that pizza hut chose to use door dash he didn't know what to do and didn't have a solution. I hate its tiped on me CC. Then he dropped my 20oz drink on the floor. NEVER AGAIN... TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. I DO NOT LIVE IN CHARLOTTE, NC... Crazy thing is no care in the world for customer service. You pay your money and nothing is resolved.
