- GWGreg Williams4 days ago1.0We have had multiple issues with the Pizza Hut on Monroe road. It’s the fact that delivery is long or never happens. Tonight was the last straw. Every time you call you get a call center. After multiple attempts to talk to someone at the store I gave up.

The food didn’t match what I ordered, and my family couldn’t eat it. Ordered sausage, pepperoni, and jalapeños. Got this. I contacted the store and Pizza Hut customer service several times, but was transferred, disconnected, and given conflicting information. I was told I couldn’t get a refund right away and might hear from someone in 1–3 business days. Mistakes happen, but not being able to get the issue fixed or receive a refund was unacceptable. I just want a refund for the order I paid for but did not receive.
