Everyone was so nice. It was professional, and I felt so safe because they had security. It truly felt like my grandmother‘s kitchen.

My food was terrible. Tasted like the sauce was expired and was very soggy.

Pizza Hut, the only place where you can watch people who came in after you walk out with their food while you’re still standing there holding a receipt. I drove over to pick up an order. Wings weren’t ready. Breadsticks got forgotten entirely. Cinnamon sticks? Wrong order, apparently those belong to someone else, or maybe to nobody, since the universe clearly doesn’t care. Meanwhile, three separate people walked in after me, got served, and left. I was there first. I was there last. And the lady taking my order, bless her heart, had the energy of a dial tone. No apology, no urgency, just the flat stare of someone counting the minutes until her shift ends. Which, honestly, is the whole problem. When your staff’s biggest ambition is the clock, the customer becomes an obstacle between them and the parking lot. This is why Pizza Hut is circling the drain. Not the pizza, though the pizza is a crime scene, but the service. You don’t lose customers because the wings took too long. You lose them because you made them feel like a burden for noticing. One star. Not because it’s earned, but because the system won’t let me give zero.
