  Disappointed you have to pay for Every Little thing.... Sauce for my Boneless Chicken You have to pay for... Why order Chicken ifI can not even get 1 or 2 Sauces..... They have no water cups so in order to get a Drink of water you have to pay 2 dollars and some change for a cup even though you only want water...

  the pizza crust was wet, callback manager wanted me to bring back, I ask if could bring back tomorrow I live far away,the answer was not sure, I looked at it had no way to know the crust was wet, Many of these kids were hanging in the back, stood at the counter a few minutes before someone came up. The person that answers the phone does not work in the store. Bad Business

  ***Please note that this location offers free bread sticks on your next order for a review - so most if not all of the positive reviews are completely bogus.*** I ordered 2 pizzas from their website on 08/10/26. I wrote in the notes section for them to be “well done”. When I arrived home and had my first bite both pizzas were very undercooked to the point of being doughy and visibly raw. I will not be ordering from this location again.

  It's always a problem with them, I placed my order at 6:30pm it is now 7:30 and I still haven't received my order if I could give zero stars I would . No one is answering the phone and this is ridiculous I've been calling for for an half hour and still haven't received an answer just the automated messages while waiting for someone to answer. I have obtained corporate number and will be giving them a call. Also the disrespect towards my doordash driver was literally uncalled for when they gave my order out to the wrong person !

  I arrived to pick up a delivery order for 18 wings. No one acknowledged the customers entering, and the employee behind the counter was not assisting anyone. Because the box appeared far too small to contain 18 wings, I checked the contents and found the container was short by roughly six or seven wings. I went back inside and calmly explained that the order was seven wings short. The employee smirked and asked, “You actually opened the box and counted them?” When I confirmed that I had, he walked to the back, returned, and simply told me, “You can cancel the order.” He made no attempt to correct the order or offer another solution. The dismissive and unprofessional response wasted my time and prevented me from completing the delivery. Management should review how delivery orders and concerns about missing items are handled at this location. This occurred at approximately 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 29, 2026.
