  Perhaps the worst customer service experience of my life. We called in a delivery order. The store never answered and we were finally transferred to a call center. We placed the order and the call center said they couldn't process the CC payment so they transferred us to the store. Amazingly, the store picked up immediately and processed the CC. Pizza arrived quickly (probably because it was undercooked) and the driver was Doordash - someone neglected to mention Doordash was delivering!! The Doordash driver asked for cash for the order. We tried calling the store back to fix the issue - of course they didn't answer. We were transferred to the call center - they said they couldn't fix the issue but they could transfer us to the store. Guess what - 3 attempts and they never picked up (even though they had no issue picking up to take our $). The driver finally left us the pizza and said he had already paid for it. Feel really bad for him but I wasn't paying for a cold pizza twice. Was able to show him the CC charge on my app. We ate the pizza while holding and nobody picked up (~30 min). Do yourself a favor. Don't order from this PIzza Hut - plenty of choices in the area with better pizza and better customer service - Tony's ... even Dominos!!

  I ordered food on the Pizza Hut website for delivery from this location, I was not able to pay with a card, I attempted to call the store on numerous occasions and no one came to the phone, the customer service number kept rerouting me to the store, which was unhelpful because they do not answer. I do not carry cash on me and I wanted to pay with a card, the order was sent to DoorDash, whom I had to call to cancel the order for the driver. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It’s now 9:00pm and I don't have dinner. Thank you.

  I ordered using the Pizza Hut app. The automated email said my order would be ready around 8:32 pm. When I arrived at the store to pick it up, it wasn’t ready and I didn’t receive it until 8:49 pm. 17 minutes late is unacceptable. I would rather have the Pizza Hut app give me a longer estimated wait time versus waiting in the store indefinitely.

  I placed an online order for the $10 special of a large pizza with up to 3 toppings. On my way to pick up my pizza my phone said pizza was ready. Got to the store and waited in line. No one came to the front for about 7-8 minutes. Told the first young man my name and he said it was not there. Waited another 5 minutes before a second person came and I shouted out my name. My pizza had been ready because it was not warm at all when I got it. I won’t be back to this location.
