  👎👎👎👎 Now you kno its bad when your child (10) dont even want it, it was completely DRY no sauce just cheese and bread smh

  the manager named Destine was very attentive with our service!!! Great job to pizza hut for hiring such a beautiful soul with great customer service

  This placed messed up our order first time afterwards we were told they will give us a credit on our next order (TJ didn’t inform us of credit expiration policy and stated come back whenever) today I placed a order asked for the credit that they need to apply to the order. Supposedly credit expired. Horrible service and horrible at honoring their word…. Won’t be coming back!

  Normally we love this pizza hit but whoever runs this particular shop, what are you thinking only having 2 people working on a Sunday night during a heavy event week? We put an online order in and had to wait almost 40 minutes for our food because the manager apparently only scheduled two people to work. I am not upset with the workers but clearly management needs to support their team better. If the two workers working tonight see this, you guys are not at fault and are doing the best you can do.

  updating this: we ordered two pizzas and two 2-liter sodas. the online portal said it would be about 40 minutes. when it passed the predicted delivery time and the order status still said it was being prepared, we tried to call. no one answered, and we got redirected to the call center in the Philippines. they were unable to cancel the order, and, after two hours of not getting through, I had to go to the store to cancel the order. I would not recommend ordering from here.
