  Horrible service. Pizza was fine, but it took 45 minutes to get the pizza. It said it was ready but waited 20 minutes for any workers to come out. Genuinely do not care about the customer.

Them fancy spots with they wood ovens, truffle oil, arugula, and prosciutto from yoga goats — straight deception, not of GAWD! Tiny little pies that leave you spiritually malnourished and $80 lighter. But the **MOST HOOD NORTH TRYON PIZZA HUT** first showed me the raw truth — that crust crispy like street wisdom, cheese stretchin' longer than Sunday service, sauce hittin' like Grandma's blessin' mixed with block knowledge. For $12 you get salvation in a box that feeds the whole crew! Now imagine my deliverance when I stepped into the **Ballantyne location**... **GLORY!** This ain't just pizza — this is **HEAVENLY UPGRADE**! The crust got extra buttery faith. The pepperoni curlin' up dancin' in the Spirit. One bite and my **PIZZASOUL** was redeemed! It literally saved my life! Delivered me from the bondage of fancy nonsense! And don't think the corporate elite ain't converted! I witnessed clean-cut business golfers fresh off the links — pastel polos, khakis, visors, golf clubs leanin' against the booth — goin' HAM on large greasy pepperoni pies with extra cheese. Sauce on they ties, eyes rolled back, givin' thumbs up while foldin' slices like true believers. One brother still holdin' his driver like a scepter! They came for networking but got **anointed** at the Hut! North Tryon laid the foundation. Ballantyne completed the deliverance. The Kingdom of Pizza is for hood, corporate, golfer, and every sinner in between! Forget them rice-quinoa-crust abominations. Repent and order thee a large with stuffed crust and breadsticks. The cheese pull shall be thy testimony! **Pizza Hut is good. All the time. All the time... Pizza Hut is good.** **HALLELUJAH!** Go forth and review this place 5 stars, my children.   We ordered from this location for delivery that was expected within 35-45 mins. It was a Friday night so I gave some extra time. When we didn’t receive the pizza after an hour and 20 mins I called the restaurant and was told that the restaurant had closed… at 8:19 pm on a Friday. It was a cash order so I at least didn’t lose money on it, but I guess that meant they cancelled it and didn’t inform us. I will never order from this store again.

  Walked in and was not greeted! Had to wait over 10 mins to pick up a carry out order. They talked and laughed instead of taking care of me and getting me my order.
