- KAKevin ArleyOct 2, 20261.029 sept. The waitress with light-colored hair was extremely unpleasant and seemed to have no interest in providing good customer service. If older women are going to work as servers, they should genuinely enjoy their job and treat customers with kindness and respect, rather than making people feel like they are bothering them. Age is not the issue attitude and professionalism are. Customers come to a restaurant expecting to be welcomed and treated well, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope management pays more attention to the attitude of the staff and makes sure customers receive friendly and respectful service.
