  I just placed an online order and called beforehand to ask a simple question about getting my wings extra crispy and all flats, something that has never been an issue before. I’ve lived in the Steel Creek area for over 3 years and the previous staff has always been accommodating and professional. The employee I spoke with had a nasty attitude for absolutely no reason. I wasn’t rude or demanding, just asking a question, and somehow felt attacked over it. Then, after arriving to pick up my order, the pizza was extremely overcooked. When I brought it up, I was told, “we changed our cook times, it’ll come out the same way.” I eat here frequently, and my 5-year-old only eats cheese pizza from her favorite place, Papa Johns, so this experience was especially disappointing. The woman I spoke with claimed she was the GM, which honestly made the interaction even worse because hospitality and customer service should start with management. This location has changed staff several times over the years, but this current crew may be the worst yet. Customer service and food quality have clearly gone downhill. After today’s experience, I will not be returning.

  I ordered online thirty minutes before arriving per the latest it would be ready to be told it will be a few minutes just to stand for another ten before they say it hasn’t even been prepared yet. If I had an hour to waste this service would be perfect! The woman with pink hair is wearing shorts and no hair net and the older gentleman boxing and working counter doesn’t understand the importance of washing his hands after scratching his beard. The food safety in this place is a joke. Glad I witnessed in enough time to cancel my order instead of eating poorly prepared food.

  I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. I went to pick up an order I placed through the Papa John’s app and waited around 40 minutes. While I was there, a very serious physical fight broke out between a Papa John’s employee and a customer inside the store. They were hitting each other, fell to the floor, and both ended up visibly injured. It was extremely uncomfortable and honestly felt unsafe for the customers who were there. Because of the situation, I never received the order I originally placed and was just given something different so people could leave quickly. I understand unexpected situations can happen, but this was a very chaotic experience and definitely not what I expected.

  I got a death stare when I walked through the door. Glad I ordered online because I certainly didn't feel welcomed.
