  I want to make it very clear that, after this experience, I will never order from this Papa John’s location again. I placed my order and watched the pizza tracker throughout the entire process. The order remained in “Preparing” status for quite some time, but I continued to monitor it. The tracker indicated that my order was scheduled to be delivered at 4:53 p.m. Imagine my surprise when, just minutes before the scheduled delivery time, I checked the tracker again and discovered that my order had been abruptly canceled. I immediately called the store and spoke with Sarah, the General Manager. I was told that the order had been canceled because the store did not have a driver available and that someone was supposedly going to call me back to explain the situation. The problem is that no one ever called me. I watched my order progress through the system all the way to the scheduled delivery time, and at no point did anyone contact me to let me know there was a problem with fulfilling my order. I later learned that DoorDash does not deliver to the hotel where I am currently staying and that Papa John’s apparently did not have a driver available who was not affiliated with DoorDash. If that was the case, why was my order allowed to proceed through the system for so long? Why was I permitted to watch the tracker progress toward a delivery that the store apparently could not fulfill? I was also told that my food had already been prepared. That makes the situation even more frustrating. The store apparently prepared the order, continued processing it, and allowed me to believe it was on track for delivery only to cancel it at the last minute because there was no driver. That is extremely poor communication and customer service. To make matters worse, I was then told that I would need to contact my bank regarding the refund and that it could take three to five business days to receive my money back. I should not have to wait several business days for a refund resulting from a cancellation that was entirely outside of my control. This entire experience was incredibly frustrating and completely avoidable. A simple phone call informing me that the store could not deliver my order would have been enough. Instead, I was left watching an order tracker for an order that was ultimately never going to arrive. I am attaching a screenshot showing the abrupt cancellation. Based on this experience, I have no confidence in this location's ability to communicate with customers or fulfill orders reliably, and I will not be ordering from this location again.

  It is very hit or miss. Either you get a delicious pizza or you get one that looks like the picture below. It’s a literal roll of the dice every time you order, which kinda sucks.

  I’m really disappointed with the quality lately. The last time I ordered through DoorDash, my name was on the box, but the pizza inside wasn’t even mine. I ordered a regular pepperoni pizza and received an Alfredo pizza instead. I decided to give this location another chance, and unfortunately, it was another disappointment. This time I received the correct pizza, but I asked for a regular pepperoni pizza, not extra pepperoni. On top of that, almost all of the pizza sauce was concentrated in one area instead of being spread evenly, and one of the pizzas was so thin and flat that it barely looked like a normal pizza. The quality and consistency have really gone downhill. Mistakes happen, but when there are issues with multiple orders, it becomes frustrating. I hope this location starts paying more attention to quality control because customers shouldn’t have to keep wondering if they’re going to get what they ordered. Please do better.

  Consistent, most of the time hot and fresh. No fast service pizza is perfect but this place does a good job.
