  The pizza quality at this store has been getting worse day by day. Unfortunately, this time I actually found a pieces of plastic in my pizza. 😞 I’m not sure what happened to this store, but the quality and overall experience have really gone downhill. After this incident, I definitely won’t be ordering pizza from here again. It’s time to find another pizza place. ☹️

  Wow. Wish I could give this zero stars. The manager cussed at me on the phone just because I had the same last name of someone she dealt with and didn’t like. she definitely should not be in charge. Total hot head and can’t handle stress when her store does a pizza wrong

  This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Papa John’s, and unfortunately, the food was only part of the problem\. The pizza box was **not properly closed or secured**, and as a result, the pizza literally **fell out of the box**\. Mistakes happen, and I would have been much more understanding if the situation had simply been handled professionally\. Unfortunately, the way the **General Manager handled the situation was absolutely unacceptable. Instead of showing concern, apologizing, or trying to make the situation right, she was **extremely rude, nasty, dismissive, and argumentative**\. Her attitude made an already frustrating situation unbelievably worse\. As a General Manager, you would expect someone in that position to know how to handle an upset customer, take responsibility when something goes wrong, and provide basic courtesy and professionalism\. Instead, I was made to feel as though I was the problem for bringing the issue to her attention. The pizza falling out of the box was frustrating, but **the way management responded was what made this experience so terrible**. Customer service matters, especially when a mistake has been made. A simple apology and willingness to resolve the issue could have completely changed my experience. I left extremely disappointed and will seriously think twice before ordering from this location again. **The food can be replaced, but you cannot replace a customer’s trust after treating them with disrespect.** Papa John’s needs to take a serious look at the customer service at this location, particularly how complaints are being handled by management. **This was completely unacceptable.**
