- THTom HohmanSep 5, 20171.0I work as an evening concierge at Waltonwood Senior Community at the corner of Providence Road and Providence Country Club Drive walking distance from this Papa John's. An assisted care resident called in her own order and was told it would be 45 minutes. Fine Just prior to that she came down to wait for the delivery at the entry where my station is. Fifteen minutes later no pizza. 5 more minutes she calls and gets a story from the driver that he was across the street and couldn't find the place. Our community is huge with a large lit fountain with signage at the corner. Supposedly, he called too and was hung up on. Neither I or the other concierge fielded a call. Why not make a second call? It gets worse. The driver shows up fifteen more minutes later. And is absolutely BELLIGERENT towards our resident and never apologizing, no offer of discount...just full of excuses. On top of that, our resident asks if the pizza is still hot...he says "absolutely these bags keep them hot!" It was room temp.
