  If you want to go to a Papa John’s where you get the whole “criminal element” experience then this is the place for you. Not to mention with 8 people working, the person who is supposed to run the front is on his phone the entire time texting and 10 minutes standing there waiting I finally was acknowledged. Maybe you need a third better: PEOPLE.

  Placed an online take out order, they never made the order. I called and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. Then they sent the wrong order. This place is trash and will never order from here again.

  I have somehow received the wrong pizza twice from this location. I have included photos from the last time we ordered where what we ordered is not what we were given. The pizza was okay but it was not what we ordered or wanted.

  8/07/26 - Ordered a pan pizza (1st and last time) from here thru the app, well-done with extra pepperoni. The bottom of my pizza was very light colored (not raw, but not done, even regular-done) and wet. You can even see how wet the pizza box insert was and also the bottom of the pizza in the pics. Pizza was not crispy AT ALL. Not even like a regular pizza. The 2 slices i actually ate (too far to drive back to the restaurant and was hungry so I made due with what I received) had to be eaten with a fork. You're supposed to be able to pick up a slice and eat it, not have to eat with a fork. The first slice did not have any pepperoni, and the second slice had a total of TWO pepperoni on it. The taste was not great either. Ordered 2 spicy garlic sauces and 2 seasoning packets. The girl at the pickup window told me she had put them in the box. Well, what she did was to put them directly on top of my cinnamon pullaparts. Firstly, where were those containers sitting before she put them on top of my food and secondly, why did she think it was a good idea to put them in the dessert box, directly on top of the sticky icing, and not the actual pizza box??!! So the containers had to be cleaned off, and in addition to this nasty pizza, I had a very poor experience and I have reservations about returning to this restaurant or even trying the pan pizza again. Reached out to customer service thru the website on 08/08/26 and am waiting for a reply.

  Placed my order online; my order was wrong. I received a pizza with no sauce(not what I ordered) and was given water when I ordered soda. tried to call the store directly and got no answer. I called the customer care number, and they even tried calling the store. The result was told I would get a call back within 48 hrs. In the meantime, I'm out 38 bucks. Never again. This location is the worst.
