  I stopped by this place on Sunday, June 21, and had an amazing experience. The young lady working at the front counter was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about providing great customer service. She handled everything with a positive attitude, kept things moving smoothly, and made me feel like a valued customer. In today's world, exceptional customer service can be hard to find, but she went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. The food was great, but her professionalism and kindness are what really stood out to me. Management should be proud to have employees like her representing the business. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great pizza and outstanding service!

  Went to this location to pick up 2 large pizzas, they lady who made the pizza was the same person who cashed me out. Once I got home and opened the box I realized that on one of the pizzas they literally took two separate pizzas and combined them and placed it in the box. The crust was half thin crust and half original, did not even try to hide it. When you look at the pizza there is a huge space difference where the crust differs, will definitely be filing a complaint!

  I want to give a massive shout out to the incredible team at the Papa Johns on Freedom Drive on the west side. This store is consistently on point and completely redefines great service. Every single time I order, the food is delivered incredibly fast and always arrives right on time. Beyond the speed, what truly sets this location apart is their top-tier hospitality. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional all around the clock. They clearly take immense pride in their work, and their hard work does not go unnoticed. Thank you for always delivering an amazing experience keep up the phenomenal work!

  Do not order from here. Timed orders dont show up manager has no idea on whats going on and just hangs up when you ask where it is

  My partner and I order from this restaurant quite often and the pizza is always on time, hot, and fresh!
